Even with an appointment scheduled it took them 5 days to diagnose my vehicle. If I make an appointment I shouldn't have to wait 5 days for them to look at my vehicle they should look at it the day I come in which is the date of my appointment. Then they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it and they didn't do anything to fix it and as soon as I leave the dealership within 30 minutes it's messing up again yet they had it for 5 days and there was nothing wrong so now I have to schedule another appointment to come back in for them to be rude to me and talk to me about how they can't give me a loaner car and that's not their problem and I have to go talk to a Salesman even though I have a brand new car and it's in no way my fault that it's tearing up already and stuff is not working right but by all means it should be on me to cover my own mode of transportation when I'm without a vehicle because you'll have to keep it for a week. I would super appreciate if I could drop my vehicle off and it be worked on that day and then someone actually fixed the issue instead of resetting everything and letting me get 20 minutes down the road to have it mess up again. I'm a very busy person and coming back in for the same problem repeatedly he's not on my list of things to do
