I recently traded in a pre-owned vehicle I had purchased

I recently traded in a pre-owned vehicle I had purchased from Jim Butler Fiat, and when I gave the new dealer my VIN, of course they pulled the CarFax for future buyers. To my surprise, this was NOT the same CarFax that JB Fiat showed me when I purchased the car! Instead of having one prior owner, my car had had THREE prior owners and been involved in two accidents! Do yourself a favor. If you ever purchase a preowned vehicle from this dealership, please check the CarFax carefully and make sure the VIN matches the vehicle you plan to purchase. And do not, under any circumstances, purchase the after-market warranty they will try to convince you to buy, because it covers nothing. The only reason I purchased it was because the pressure was intense and I'd already been there five hours and I wanted to get my car and go. Ever see that old movie "Used Cars"? Yeah, I think that was written about JB Fiat. Just be careful if you deal with these people.

Great First Car Buying Experience!!!

Ben Bizzle was great and helped me greatly when purchasing my first car! The service was great and the buying process was quicker then I expected! He was very friendly and made sure I got everything I wanted with the car! Highly Recommend!

Great service and great dealership

We were shopping around for an Acadia and by chance ended up here. We worked with Jeff Lenz who was AMAZING! We had a 1yr old with us and he went above and beyond to help entertain our little guy during the couple hours we were up there. He was up front, honest, great with our son, polite and ensured we were completely satisfied from start to finish. We will be back to get another vehical from him in the future.

Visited this dealer to inquire about vehicle I had seen on their website. Dealt with Joe Perniciaro who listened to my needs and helped me find the vehicle that met those needs and my budget. He was able to offer me a generous allowance for my trade and had me driving my new vehicle home the same day! The entire process was made quick and easy due to the courteous and friendly manner I was treated by Joe and the entire staff I dealt with. I definitely would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family.

Best place to buy a car.

People who care and take time to get you what you want. They work hard to find you the best deal possible even after I signed all the papers and left the lot. They called me back on Monday because they found a better deal with a much lower interest rate.

Excellent Service!

I first took my Fiat in to be serviced for a factory recall awhile ago. I had avoided using a dealership service center in the past because I had been told they are more expensive than regular auto shops, but of course for a factory recall I had to use one. I am SO glad I did. Ron went above and beyond in repairing my little Fiat, and when I returned for other repairs, he never charged me more than he estimated - not even when the repair took a lot more time than he had estimated at first. He always makes recommendations that saves me money when he can, and I never feel like he's trying to push unneeded repairs on me. I can't say more about the excellent service I have received there.
