Lies lies and More Lies

On September 14th 2020 I met Trey and he told me he had the perfect car for me a 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 S he said it just was reconditioned it had a 100-plus point inspection no mechanical problems I test drove it the steering wheel shook I asked Ray and Trey told me give it a day or two it just have been reconditioned it's fine after a couple days it got worse I took it to a mechanic who diagnosed it as for bad motor mounts saying the vehicles unsafe to drive and could not pass inspection I called Trey and the general manager Matt they said they would not give me a refund and I did not do free repair work buyer beware don't trust these people

Justin Owens and Ramsey Ruiz are the best!

Got our white 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL Convenience package after almost searching the best deal in almost a month. Justin Owens and Ramsey Ruiz are your guys. Was about to make a purchase in one of the dealership in Austin when i tried online inquiry with Greg May Hyundai. Got a call immediately from Justin Owens. Told him am at work and will be out around 630pm. Got there around 0700pm. Told him i already got an offer from other dealership and they looked at it and work with me. And one more thing, wife specifically wanted a white one so Justin and Ramsey got one. Thank you Greg May Hyundai.

Used Jeep Wrangler

The only negative is there were some cosmetic issues, we drove 4 hours to buy our Jeep. A large paint chip area was not disclosed and the windshield wipers did not function properly. Outside of these items, we really enjoyed our experience. Paul was outstanding and very engaging as we waited to sign our paperwork.

Great experience.

Great experience, friendly staff, clean facility, and we got a great deal. Our salesman Trey hit a homerun on the first car he showed, getting us exactly what we wanted and in our budget!

Awesome sales people, management and finance, made me feel very comfortable and explained every step and did whatever they had to, to get me in the vehicle i wanted and stayed 2 hours after closing to get me set up so i could drive off in my new vehicle...great experience

Very Happy with my car

My overall experience at Greg May was very good. Christina was great to work with and helpful throughout the entire process. Matt went over and above to help me get the car I wanted. Ramsey worked through the finances and helped it go smoothly. Thank you all and I am very pleased with my purchase!

Exceptional Experience

I had the pleasure to work with Bryan Harper, from the initial greeting to the farewell greeting I was impressed. The entire process was truly a pleasure. Bryan was patient, professional and took care of everything. There was no doubt in my mind that he truly cared about me and my needs! He went above and beyond to make sure that the process went smoothly and that I understood every step in the process. I can't sing his praises enough. Everyone at the dealership were a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a straight up, honest person to buy your car from, this is the guy to see. He can make the magic happen!

Great Service!

Customer service was great. I pulled up to the service drive, walked in and was greeted immediately. They promptly asked what I needed and how they could help. They took my car and I was in and out in around 30 mins. Jerry and Shandie were very nice. She told me what to expect moving forward, printed out pricing for future services my vehicle needs and I was on my way.
