Don't even buy a pack of gum from these people. Over 5k in repairs so far owned do 5 months. They must have cleared codes and his friend put inspection sticker when it shouldn't have passed rmv was happy to talk to me.

Due to a lawsuit with my insurance company, it looked as if my car had been repossessed. I searched for 8 weeks, going from dealer to dealer who promised me financing. BUT,when I showed up they all turned their back on me. I had looked at the cars from Marshall Motors knew they had beautiful, well maintained cars but thought they would never work with me. I could not have been more wrong! Allen was so helpful, understood my predicament and within 1 week (and 3 snow storms) I had my perfect car!

I recently purchased a used Lexus RX350 for my teen daughter. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased in the last year and in comparing the three dealership experiences, this one was by far the best and it completely removed the bias I had in working with a small dealership again. Last experience at a smaller operation was unpleasant. However, Marshall Motors was different. The salesman, Jack, was terrific. I explained that I wanted the process to go easily as I did not have the time to go back and forth. The car was delivered to our driveway days later. Everything went off without a hitch and the owner included a small Bluetooth device that works great and it made my daughter very happy. I would ABSOLUTELY purchase another car from Marshall Motors.

Buyers beware, I am a girl in my 20's and went here to look at a car. The salesman wanted me to sign a purchase and sales agreement AND give a deposit JUST to be able to find out what my monthly payment would be for the purchase. He asked if I expected them to do all the work, meaning run a credit check and do the math to figure out the monthly payment, without a deposit and signing and agreement. Of course I did, to think he would expect me to sign an agreement to purchase without knowing my payment is insane. It's too bad to because the car seemed nice, he just totally killed the sale.

Marshall Motors is an amazing place to shop for used cars. I recently bought a car from them, and it was the most amazing service I ever received. The dealership is family run, which makes is unique, they are very caring and were genuinely concerned to meet my needs. I wasn't pressurized to buy a car and the whole process was seamless. I was assisted with things that usually car dealerships don't assist with. Two weeks after buying my car, I had a flat tire due to a curb and I hadn't yet signed up for AAA, I called the dealership panicking and they sent someone over in 15 minutes, and i was heading on my way in another 5 minutes. It was the best thing ever, I went back a day later and they just gave me a new tire and i was out so quickly. All used cars from here come with minimum two years warranty. I'm so happy that I bought my car from such great people. Thank you Alan :)
