This dealership is not trustworthy, there service

This dealership is not trustworthy, there service department is a joke. They repaired my nissan titan, when I got it back I started driving it and the fan came off the front off motor, the studs was still intact and nuts were gone. So they didn't tighten it up, it came of cut the belt and the truck severely over heated. I told them I wanted a new motor because the integrity of the motor is compromised, they refused to do so. They ended up purchasing a after market warranty on it that wouldn't even cover pre existing problems "fraud" then after I left dealership they called and canceled the warranty lol. It's been back 2 times since for same issue and they say there isn't anything wrong with the truck. Even though I have video evidence of the problem. I would steer clear of this dealership management.

Awesome car and service

Service was great. Ricky Richardson was very helpful and did a great job getting me in a car I love. He had the cars I was interested in sitting out and cooled off when I got there. Did not try to talk me in to anything simply gave me my options and the rest was up to me. All the staff was friendly and extremely helpful!

Long time customer lost.

Very disappointed in this dealership since the change to Matthew's. When ORR had it, you could look through the windows, from the waiting area to the mechanic shop. Things have been said and done, since Matthew's took over, that causes me to question how moral and ethical they are. I lost trust in this whole dealership. I may have lost trust in Nissan. I wouldn't trust them to "change" my wiper fluid. When you request a service at the proper milage mark and are told there is no need, it's fine, then not long after repairs are needed where you had requested maintenance. They tell me I need to trade my vehicle in. The Toyota I owned before it, had almost 300K miles on it. The Nissan had a little over 100K. Nissan lost a customer. I'm going back to Toyota, or Chevrolet. Can't trust them.

Ask for Flipper!

Great folks who treat you like family no matter where you're from. I bought a new truck and couldn't be more pleased. Ask for Philip "Flipper" Peeples and get the new Nissan you want.

purchased a Used Nissan Titan from drake. Prior to purchase they replaced the manifold on both sides. A couple months went by had a problem with the manifold gasket leaking on the driver side. I called mike in service explained the situation to him. Mike looked into they replaced the manifold on both sides. This was during the Covid shutdown here in Texas. Matthews stayed open it was a four hour drive from we’re I live. I didn’t want to risk bringing truck to them and having to stay in hotel possibility of catching Covid. I have a handicapped son I have to think about . I called the service department back. I was told to go get the gasket replaced they would cover it. So I carried the truck to a local mechanic he pulled the manifold off. After inspecting the gasket they did not replace the gasket when putting the new manifolds on . 500 dollars later the driver side was fixed. I called the dealership for my reimbursement of course know one knew anything about this. About a month later the passenger side started leaking. I called them back for moths and months trying to get this resolved Toby the manager will tell you a lot of bs. They can’t take responsibility for their crappy work excuse after excuse I’m in the process of getting a Attorny to take care of this situation. I would never purchase anything from them. The service department is by far the very worst I have seen. Toby will not respond to phone calls are anything else this has been going on close to a year. I carried the vehicle to a local Mechanic who personally knows one of the salesmen Rick as I was told to by Toby to have the truck looked at. Of course he said the gasket was bad I called Toby back. They wanted me to bring the truck to them since there work was done incorrectly they would give me a discount on fixing the passenger side. Do not purchase anything from this dealership

Bought a Nissan Altima

Bought a Nissan Altima at this dealership and the staff were very accommodating to my needs and they had my dream car on the lot when I got there. Philip was my sales man and he helped me to get the price within my budget by dropping the price down a little I paid cash and they were very helpful in making the cash transaction work.

Best salesman award to Rickey Richardson

Bought my car from Rickey Richardson, have not regretted it at all. He’s the best and after service is great. He came to my house and picked up my car for oil change cause I had surgery. Came back shining and beautiful. Won’t buy my next one from anyone else. Never been treated like this at any dealership before. Truly has held up to his word before and after sale.

Don't think I'll return!!!

I bought my car in on Saturday at 1134 to get an oil change and I walked home came back at 134 and was told at that time that they were done and they were washing it for me they close at 200 and I didn't get the car too 307!!! An oil change!!! I will take my business back to Dennison tx just wanted to try service at home this was very unprofessional thank you all but I'll pass!!! This was the second time in a row that this happened!!! James Cooper 1025 29th Paris Tx
