35.10 in gas glass repair 211.00 inside cleaning 100.00 send me a check for this 346.10 only then can this be resolved it's a very bad thig too take advantage of disabled veteran and senior citizen

My car is just over a year old and I'm having sensor
My car is just over a year old and I'm having sensor issues. The 1st time I took it in WITH an appointment they had my car for 6 hours and never touched it. The 2nd time WITH an appt. I got it back with "customer concern couldn't be duplicated. They also installed a parking assist "chip" but failed to tell me they needed to be in my trunk. They knocked the weather stripping off so now the trunk doesn't close properly.

Going to try a different cheverolet to have my new vehicle serviced. Had an appointment, but car was just sitting there for over 30 min. Telephone calls and in person interactions are unpleasant. Lack of customer service and true professionalism. However Brett in sales was amazing and helpful answered all of my questions.

Great communication skills with Amy.
Great communication skills with Amy. Kept me apprised of all details. Saved me money & time by selecting the right maintenance packages. Will use FERMAN again. Regret not using FERMAN past service jobs since 2016. Courtesy drivers were especially nice and friendly. But I DID NOT appreciate a salesman cold calling me, wanting to sell me a car. He said that “I see you made an appointment for maintenance on your car and was wondering if you are interested in buying a new car.”
