Janice was great! Very responsive through the whole process. Very personable as well! She didn't use any crazy sale tactics to get you to buy the car which was great. I had just totalled my other car 3 days before had so I was a wreck and she really helped.

I came across an ad on cars.com for a 2004 Honda Accord, I contacted the dealer and spoke with a woman named Janice. I explained to her I was an hour away and didn't want to waste my time driving out to look at the car if it didn't look like the pictures in person. I asked about the rust, she said it had some on the rear wheel well but it wasn't rotting through. She said the car was really clean especially for the year. So I decided it was worth the drive to take a look. When I got there within one glance at the car I could see it had SEVERE hail damage, I'm telling you this car has over 100 dents in it. And as for that rust it wasn't rotting through because there were pieces of metal gone from the rot. I told her I wasn't interested in a car with hail damage, I tell you no lie she acted like she didn't notice it, her response "what do you want for your low budget". I couldn't believe how disrespectful she was. She sells low quality vehicles!! I wouldn't take a car from her if it was free. I ended up getting a super clean vehicle under my "low budget" so don't think you have to buy something low quality because you have a small budget."
