They advertise a "no-hassle" 7-day return policy. But good luck getting them to honor said policy. We tried returning a vehicle on the 7th day and we're told they don't take back vehicles over 5 years old. Then they O the nerve to contact us to see if we knew anyone looking for a car, and if so to send them their way. When we told them we wouldn't send anyone to them considering the they don't abide by their advertised policies, the response was that the car needed to be back by the 6th day and we brought it in on the 7th day. So their policies change depending on the transaction. Not to mention there were $2500 in add-ons we had to drive 1 1/2 hours back there to get taken off. You would think that the owner would have learned not to do these kinds of things after being named in a lawsuit for it at his previous employer. Of course, he brought some of the same employees from there to his new venture. Do yourself a favor, prior to purchasing a vehicle from ANY SVG Limited Liability Company, Google Steve VanGorder and Jeff Schmitt around 2013. I just wish my husband would have been alerted prior to purchasing a vehicle from them. Now we have a $300 payment for a lawn ornament, considering it needs thousands of dollars in repairs. PLEASE take my advice and do your research!!!

Jen Mr. Preston purchased his vehicle “AS IS” on 1/21/22. AS-IS Vehicles are not eligible for the 7 Day return policy. That fact is clearly communicated to all customers on our website, during our sales presentation, and at the time of purchase. Mr. Preston was the only purchaser of thi s vehicle and he acknowledged the fact that it was on “AS IS” terms. His wife, the person issuing this complaint, was not present and not a party to the transaction. We understand that she is aware of our 7-day return policy (which we do honor), and we regret that her husband did not communicate to her the fact that his vehicle was purchased “AS IS” – and not eligible for a 7-day return. We purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado....we were told it was a Diesel by 2 employees....even had a indepth conversation with one ....him telling us all about his Diesel up pointers since this was the first Diesel we have owned...Natasha Swank the sales Lady who sold us the truck even took a picture of my husband with the truck congratulating us on our new Diesel truck...she put the pic on SVG website.....but when we went to put fuel in it the nozzle wouldn't fix....we tried 3 different pumps .....we soon realized we had a gas truck not Diesel dieseal was what we wanted and was told was what we were buying.....we took the truck back....could not get satisfaction with them making it right with us....we left not HAPPY at all....we went shopping for another truck ...found one same day....same color and exactly what we wanted at SMEDLEYS CHEVROLET in Vandalia Ohio....oh and yes 3 years newer less miles,more extras,and a better price. Amber Gunn is a credit to her profession.

I wasn't really looking to trade in my ZO6 Corvette,but being on a courtesy follow up from my sales lady Amber Gunn,she raised my interest on a Corvette Coupe with only 17,000 miles on it in the showroom.Before you know it,I was driving it and traded in my Z06.

Squeaky breaks

I bought the 2018 Chevy Equinox in November of 2020. The breaks were squeaking the day I bought it. I was told that they would stop after being driven and repairs would be made if the squeaking didn't stop. Took it in after realizing a rock had gotten stuck between the brake pad and rotor creating a groove. They turned the rotors and gave it back with the insane squeaking still in tact. Took it back again only to be told that squeaking is "normal." The ONLY way to get good service is to be the one paying for the repairs. They have 0 accountability for the problems they sell! Had to contact the Better Business Bureau

I just purchased a 2015 Silverado 1500 from SVG in...

I just purchased a 2015 Silverado 1500 from SVG in Greenville. I worked with Amber, who was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. Amber was extremely patient and treated me like a friend rather than as a customer. She was quick to communicate via call or text, and answered all of my questions. She did a great job and I'm very happy with the truck she got me into. Thank you, Amber!


Not happy

Not happy at all about the car I purchased.. did not even make a payment on the vehicle and all kinds of dash lights came on. And then get the run around on getting it fixed. I'm told that it is under warranty.. but still get the run around. As I sit at the dealership..
