Always quality service

I've always experienced quality service in all facets of automotive related care and sales at SVG Greenville. I always have confidence that my vehicle will be serviced by qualified and knowledgeable technicians and that all work will be done efficiently and correctly.

Oil change

Superb customer service, from the courtesy emails for the oil change, appointment confirmation and the appointment itself. I have had numerous oil changes scheduled and completed between 2 vehicles. Wonderful service.

Your Dealership didn’t have the Vehicle I was searching

Your Dealership didn’t have the Vehicle I was searching for. I searched Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. I found a Black 2022 Chevy Trax Midnight Edition Trax at Kelley Chevy in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They beat the deal I had on 1 in Kentucky by $1,000 and are delivering it to my House for Free(4 1/2hrs away). They Also put a Forever looking New package on it(Interior, Exterior coating, undercoating and rust protection on it). I will Definitely buy from them in the Future. They even sent a Check back for $535 because the Fees and Taxes ended up being less than quoted.

2011 Chevy Cruze LT in for service

I had my car in for an oil change and asked they check for some leaks I know I had somewhere. They identified the issues and quoted me a very reasonable repair cost for a dealership. I will be scheduling the repairs soon. The staff was informative and courteous.

BEWARE

They advertise a "no-hassle" 7-day return policy. But good luck getting them to honor said policy. We tried returning a vehicle on the 7th day and we're told they don't take back vehicles over 5 years old. Then they O the nerve to contact us to see if we knew anyone looking for a car, and if so to send them their way. When we told them we wouldn't send anyone to them considering the they don't abide by their advertised policies, the response was that the car needed to be back by the 6th day and we brought it in on the 7th day. So their policies change depending on the transaction. Not to mention there were $2500 in add-ons we had to drive 1 1/2 hours back there to get taken off. You would think that the owner would have learned not to do these kinds of things after being named in a lawsuit for it at his previous employer. Of course, he brought some of the same employees from there to his new venture. Do yourself a favor, prior to purchasing a vehicle from ANY SVG Limited Liability Company, Google Steve VanGorder and Jeff Schmitt around 2013. I just wish my husband would have been alerted prior to purchasing a vehicle from them. Now we have a $300 payment for a lawn ornament, considering it needs thousands of dollars in repairs. PLEASE take my advice and do your research!!!

Jen Mr. Preston purchased his vehicle “AS IS” on 1/21/22. AS-IS Vehicles are not eligible for the 7 Day return policy. That fact is clearly communicated to all customers on our website, during our sales presentation, and at the time of purchase. Mr. Preston was the only purchaser of thi s vehicle and he acknowledged the fact that it was on “AS IS” terms. His wife, the person issuing this complaint, was not present and not a party to the transaction. We understand that she is aware of our 7-day return policy (which we do honor), and we regret that her husband did not communicate to her the fact that his vehicle was purchased “AS IS” – and not eligible for a 7-day return.
