They did rip me off by selling a used truck instead a new

They did rip me off by selling a used truck instead a new one three month ago. They used false mileage in purchasing invoice as 4 miles than 4040 miles. I have lost over $18,000 toward to new 2026 Silverado 1500. The 2025 truck what I was told that have everything what my old 2022, but it is lied, and I hate it for three months with low mileage (300 miles). The sale persons were not here anymore. Waiting on refunds from Ally protection plans on 2025 Chevy truck Beware customers......

I will not go back to any SVG.

I will not go back to any SVG. I started out in Eaton, tried to look at a vehicle, I was going to trade one I owe on and one I own outright, drove almost 50 miles away from my house to look at it because I called and they were all gung ho about helping, when I got there I was told I would have to trade it for something way cheaper on top of that basically give them the one I owed nothing on, I got up and left. I later found out the vehicle price went down so I called SVG Greenville, again met with all gung ho about helping, I told them I was not going back to Eaton and asked if it could be transferred to Greenville, they agreed and said it would be there the next day at 10am. I get to the dealership and was asked "what vehicle were you looking for?" I told them and was met with "unfortunately it has already sold", but the good news is we can get you into that brand new Silverado over there for lower payments then I have on mine, I thought about it for a while and was going to maybe look in to it but, I found out the one I wanted was never sent to Greenville and is still listed for sale on their site so yah, not happy about that. But yet I was talking to the salesman and he was talking about other dealers loosing trust and it doesn't take much to loose that trust especially when they do underhanded things. Well what I just dealt with does not sit well with me, they can keep them all.

Oil change

Superb customer service, from the courtesy emails for the oil change, appointment confirmation and the appointment itself. I have had numerous oil changes scheduled and completed between 2 vehicles. Wonderful service.

Your Dealership didn’t have the Vehicle I was searching

Your Dealership didn’t have the Vehicle I was searching for. I searched Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. I found a Black 2022 Chevy Trax Midnight Edition Trax at Kelley Chevy in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They beat the deal I had on 1 in Kentucky by $1,000 and are delivering it to my House for Free(4 1/2hrs away). They Also put a Forever looking New package on it(Interior, Exterior coating, undercoating and rust protection on it). I will Definitely buy from them in the Future. They even sent a Check back for $535 because the Fees and Taxes ended up being less than quoted.

2011 Chevy Cruze LT in for service

I had my car in for an oil change and asked they check for some leaks I know I had somewhere. They identified the issues and quoted me a very reasonable repair cost for a dealership. I will be scheduling the repairs soon. The staff was informative and courteous.
