Misleading Mileage for this Vehicle
This is totally misleading. the mileage they have listed for this vehicle is incorrect= making the consumer believe this is a great deal. I heard great things about Hertz car sales but they lost me on this one.
I just bought a 2020 Nissan Murano from Tyrone Thomas at Baltimore Hertz. He was excellent to work with. Tyrone was helpful with no pressure and professional. We tested a number of cars and he was very patient. The staff figured out a great deal for me. Thanks.
Good Overall Experience
Although Tyrone was young he was quite well trained and polite I would also recommend Nick... They were very accommodating in handling my down payment and overall I spent less time in the dealership that I have in previous car buying experiences
Unprofessional, lying team, do not waste your time
Buyers beware. I scheduled an appointment with with the staff and showed up to view a vehicle. The sales rep was rude and although we had an appointment, due to COVID, he was serving other customers not even caring to serve us. We were finally about to see the vehicle and it was DIRTY, both inside and out. The guy said it was sitting. Well, wouldn’t it make sense to clean the car if you’re trying to sell it. We ask if it could be detailed, so we waited even longer for an answer, while he went back to serving the other customer during MY appointment time. At one point, he told us to “go home since the wait to find out if we could have it cleaned, might take a while”. Who tells a customer to go home. So we waited and after a while, went home. Made an appointment for the very next day. The morning of my appointment, received confirmation via email and text, only to show up to the vehicle being out on “test drive” because they aren’t allowed to just “hold cars” for people. What kind of weird business is this. I didn’t ask them to hold a car for me, I was on my way to purchase it only to show up to nonsense. I could go on and on and on and on about the poor treatment, and unprofessional behavior I saw at this business. Once again, we were told to wait around for the test driver to come back because they “may not buy the vehicle” and if we didn’t want to wait, we could “go home”. After arguing with them that this was ridiculous and that I was told the car would be cleaned and ready for viewing, the manager said “I don’t even remember seeing you yesterday, as if”. I will never come back to this place. I have NEVER experienced such bad, unprofessional, rude bunch of people in my life at a car dealership. Save your money and go somewhere else that wants your money.
My dealer's name was David, and he was great! Non-threatening, took his time answering my questions, and helped me make the best decision. He even moved around his own schedule to accommodate mine.
Morris got me a great deal
They gave me a great trade-in value on my former Hertz Rental Car buy and I upgraded from about 130,000 miles to around 40,000 on the Odometer! The car is a hybrid and besides that, basically the same car, just a different color.
I hope this dealership is given a chance, because the rating does not reflect my experience. My husband and I were fed up dealing with the negotiations and hidden fees of other dealers - you know, the ones that give car shopping a bad rap. This place was a breath of fresh air. It's no frills in every way - the facility, the workers are real and honest, no haggling, no pressure, no hidden fees, and best of all, some of the most reasonable prices you will find. I highly recommend.

I thought I was getting a good deal. After having the car for a few days I noticed that there a three different tires on the car, different tread and different speed rating. The tire shop said they don't deal with Hertz because they take the absolute cheapest tire replacement that will pass inspection. I didn't feel safe with the torque steer and handling that resulted from the tire quality, so had to replace the tires. If you buy a car from them, pay close attention to the tire situation or consider they may need to be replaced.

The Hertz car dealer in Baltimore sold us a total lemon. The car is under warranty, and we have had it serviced three times. The problem is still not fixed, and the Hertz car dealer in Baltimore refuses to take the vehicle back or exchange it for another. Manager is extremely rude. We are very disappointed as we thought Hertz would be a reliable car dealer.
