I recently bought a car from hertz. I was helped by Kerry Whitehead at 8115 belair rd location. I was provided with great service that made the process as easy as possible, highly recommended.

The salesman, George, at the Baltimore Nottingham

The salesman, George, at the Baltimore Nottingham location was extremely rude. I saw a car I liked today and was prepared to buy it, but walked out because of the rude salesman. He waved his hand in the direction of the car for me to go look at it, refused to give me any information about the car, telling me to look at the website, and told me I could not test drive the car unless I would commit to buying it today. So I walked out, too bad.

Very disappointed in the way business is done at this

Very disappointed in the way business is done at this dealership. Website is misleading - I’ve asked multiple times about cars that according to their website are eligible for the EV incentive only to be told multiple times that they were not eligible and that they were actively fixing the website, yet they have added cars to the website and not fixed the misleading part. So apparently this is a way to get you hooked. One car is only $52 over the price for the incentive and yet the sales guy did not want to lower it by $52 to have it meet the requirements that they show online yet they still show it as being eligible on their website. You can’t make this stuff up! Yet it gets even more sketchy, this same sales guy sent me a link to a car that be he said was eligible and that they had just lowered the price on it. WRONG! I had screen shot the car this morning and it was actually less this morning than what he was saying was the new lowered price. I do not appreciate being lied to and given a run around by them. Be aware of sketchy ways of doing business. Don’t waste your time or money.

Bad cars

We brought this car from Hertz car sales for my driving School Hands On Wheels Driving School a week later the checked engine light came on. We have taken the car back 3 times. I have explained to the Sales manager Jim Abrecht that we can't use this car due to the State of Maryland requirements they refuse to exchange the car and now we are stuck with 18K bill and can't fix the car. Please do not buy waste your money buying any cars from Hertz.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR!

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GET A CAR HERE! I ignored the bad reviews and wasted $40 of Uber money to get here to look at a car. First of all, I called and requested multiple calls back and never heard back. The car seemed to be a good deal so I came anyway. I was COMPLETELY pre-approved by Capital One Auto Navigator - they even already had my income verification and everything! All that is supposed to be needed is my license + proof of insurance. After running my credit and giving me a hard pull, these CLOWNS claimed that I also needed a SSN Card (not just a number, an actual CARD) to be able to finance a car. Capital One confirmed with me that this is not necessary whatsoever. AWFUL and what a waste of time. These people COMPLETELY LIE about what is in stock and what is needed to complete the application. Hertz Car Sales is a COMPLETE HASSLE and not worth anybody's time. Stick to car rentals.

Be carefool with Hertz Store in Baltimore, They are so unprofessional, junk cars, involved in accidents and they give you Carfax fake and they do not tell you about cars problems.

Misleading Mileage for this Vehicle

This is totally misleading. the mileage they have listed for this vehicle is incorrect= making the consumer believe this is a great deal. I heard great things about Hertz car sales but they lost me on this one.

Great experience

I just bought a 2020 Nissan Murano from Tyrone Thomas at Baltimore Hertz. He was excellent to work with. Tyrone was helpful with no pressure and professional. We tested a number of cars and he was very patient. The staff figured out a great deal for me. Thanks.

Good Overall Experience

Although Tyrone was young he was quite well trained and polite I would also recommend Nick... They were very accommodating in handling my down payment and overall I spent less time in the dealership that I have in previous car buying experiences
