Amazing salesman

I purchased a Kia Forte GT line sporty blue last week. Jason D was my salesman. From start to finish he was amazing. Everything he said was straight forward so there were no surprises when it came time to do the paper work and leave a down payment. He stayed with me from start to finish up until I pulled away. I highly recommend Island Kia and Jason.

Excellent Salesperson at Island Kia.

Recently purchased a car at Island Kia. Our salesperson was Vincent Macaluso. Vincent was very professional and helpful. He paid attention to what we wanted and needed. We got the exact vehicle we wanted. Vincent was honest, courteous and low pressure. Given the current situation I believe that Vincent got us a very fair deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new Kia.

Was not helpful. Went to see and text drive a used car. It was hit in the front and back which was not disclosed prior. Would not negotiate a price. In fact, tried to add to the price because it wasn’t certified. SMH.

Worst service ever

I’m not sure if all these reviews are paid for because these guys actually suck. Worst company and rude people ever. Lazy and unreliable. Fake to you in your face just to get all your money. Worst service department I have ever dealt with. I understand we’re in a middle of a pandemic but Island kia isn’t the only one going through it!

Vincent Macaluso made buying a Kia a great experience....

Vincent Macaluso made buying a Kia a great experience. He answered every question I had patiently and quickly. He knows what he is doing and he does an excellent job including directions for getting back home to Manhattan. He made this as easy as possible in the middle of the COVID-19 problems. Completely honest, straightforward, and helpful.
