That lady in the service department should not be in customer service. So rude. Messed up my vehicle more than when it was brought in and raised my hourly... rate for making it right. Yep, I had to pay again. We will not be going back.
If you do go here, make sure you read all of the paperwork and don't let them switch things around on you because they will try. They "forgot" to have... my boyfriend and I sign some of the paperwork. When we came in to sign the final papers, we realized they had changed the original payment we had agreed upon which increased the overall cost to an additional 2,000 by the end of the lease. When we told them this was not the amount we all agreed and signed upon, they told us some made up story how it was the banks fault and this was our new price. After explaining how this was not okay and we would not be paying the extra money, Royal apparently "worked it out with the bank" and we kept the original price. Sounds believable, right? They also messed up a number of other things during the process and were unprofessional through the whole experience. I do not recommend buying a car from them

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I only had my car for 3 months the first month I had my car to check engine light came on now I live in Akron so I have to drive all... the way to Canton just for him to tell me there is nothing wrong with my car in for him to clear the code now I go to school for auto technician automatically I knew the check engine light what's going to pop back on I know on some cars the check engine light pops and there could be nothing wrong with your car but I knew for a fact there was something wrong with my car just from how it was running so after I left from there the check engine light pop back on 2 days after and I know three other people that have bought from them and said the same thing has happened I have been calling every time I call I get a voicemail leave a voicemail no one have reach back out to me today I called talk to someone she said oh well is after 30 days so anything is wrong with the car you have to pay for it I've been calling since about three weeks after I bought this car how is it did I buy a 2005 Chevy Cobalt and have no problems for a whole year really didn't have to put any work into it but a or change and some tires but buy a 2016 Nissan from them and now 3 months later my car is moving slow up hills need new brakes pudding just breaking down slowly by slowly
Had an amazing experience buying a car through them! I had to pleasure of having Justin as my sale associate!! He made it enjoyable to find a car the fit... what I was looking for! He was very passionate about what he was doing and didn’t skip any steps in assuring I had the best car possible for me! Would definitely go there again!
Without knowing the condition, year, make or model, I was told over the phone that they would accept my vehicle as trade with one of theirs. I get their... and spend 1 hour waiting on salesperson to enter the simplest information. He had us look around the lot saying we'd be driving a "new" car home. After wandering the lot and going back in and waiting another 2 hours we're told the finance manager was too busy to finish application and he would call the following day. I never heard from him so I called and get told he's on vacation. A couple days later I was in their neighborhood for work and out of curiosity sake stopped in, asked how his vacation was, his reply " I haven't been on vacation for over a year" Never heard anything out of these people since first visit.
This was the most horrible experience I had at a dealership. They have false advertising. They said no credit check but then ask for a credit check. Also... I never even seen the car I wanted that was advertised they said he wasn’t there. It probably was never there. Bad communication.
A little slower buying process than what I am used to, but they had a great 2017 F-150 that I liked. They procured financing, and handled everything.... I had a small issue with the truck after taking it off the lot. I called in and asked that they fix the window, and Scott and Matt in service set me an appointment and handled it promptly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Terable place to shop all liars dudnt follow thru. Worst place ever. I supplied pay stubs W2s nd more nd they never have an answer . told them to shread... my paper nd kiss my butt. John z
