Dealership is a joke. They are dishonest!!

It's about time this crooked dealership was closed down. We still can't get the title for my father-in-law and we paid full cash money ,no financing at all and we drove from about 45 minutes away. It's been almost 3 months. Took forever to get the tag straightened out but still because the owner was a lier and thief , we can't get the title. We paid the owner of the dealership but he didn't like to pay his bills.

Quality Auto in Anderson Sc

Quality Auto are the biggest crooks EVER and heartless. We paid 8,000 for Jax car. Yes it was as is but when we were test driving it something just didn't feel right when I drove it but just figured it was because I had a heavy foot and it had a light pedal. Every time I brought it up and drove it with them it did fine so I figured it was me. Also, I noticed scraping front driver so I took (I do know a lil about cars thank you daddy) the wheel off and look and the brake pads were almost nonexistent. They did do the brakes while xxxxxxxx the whole time. I figured ok so there is a 90 warranty with powertrain if anything wrong and I wasn't crazy was covered. NOPE wrong. 3 days later we had to pay $5,000 for a new transmission. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!! And the owner is the biggest condescending xxxxx. We bought it back in late Jan-beginning feb, we finally got tag last week but no title and auditor has no show of this VIN so who know if and/or when we will get it! BTW my daddy didn't go with me because he had total knee replacement the week before.

This is the place to go... Hannah was very helpful but not pushy.. She let us decide what we wanted, then went out of her way to make sure we got it... Scott is super nice,along with all the staff.. We are very happy with our 2006 Chev. Silverado. Hannah's smile and personality also went a long way with us ... Recommend to everyone to buy here......

2007 Dodge Ram 1500

The customer service was excellent. Joe was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for you. The truck was at a reasonable price. They have a great selection of used vehicles.

Buyer

Nice people and the car is good. I was pleased with purchase price so we paid for the car. however where things went south was when we agreed to a price of $350.00 cash to fix some cosmetic things on the car and when we were called to pick up the car we were told by the way the paint cost more than we thought and now you owe us $750.00. The Body man and Quality Auto agreed to the $350.00 and they just went ahead and fixed it without telling us that it would cost an extra $400.00. I guess asumming it won't matter. The body work was decent but nothing to brag about. Just didn't think that this is the way to do business. Other than that we like the car and like I said Scott is a nice fellow.

Bad Experience

I went to quality auto in june looking to buy a newer used car with low miles and a good price. I loved how friendly they were when I was trying to decide on the right vehicle. Kristin went out of her way to help me afford the car payments and the down payment. After about a week the car starting having problems so I tried to return it, but turns out they said every thing was fine and so I decided to keep the car... Bad idea. 1 month goes by and I have already invested 600 dollars into a car that I thought would have been a dependle ride. I tried to go back to dealer and trade it in for another car and they said I could, but never followed up even after multiple phone calls, text and a few times that I stopped in. So I gave up and kept driving the car until the transmission went out! I have only had the car for 5 months. I tried to work something out with them or tried to explain my situation to them and Kristen got a attitude and told me not to contact her and it was my problem, when all along she said text me or call me with any questions or concerns you may have. Make sure to have cars fully inspected before buying by your own mechanic and not one they have because that was my first mistake!

Amazing Dealership!

From the time I walked in I felt welcome and at home! They are the description of good people. I was greeted with smiles and warm hellos from the whole staff! They were able to help me through having not so great credit to putting me in the front seat of the car of my dreams. They go above and beyond than any other dealership I have experienced. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The two ladys that work at quality auto in Anderson SC were very helpful in helping me find my car they were very professional, and supper nice. so if your looking for someone to make your day better, and help u find a new car just ask for Kristin or Meredith. youll find them, there the two attractive ladys. :))
