Another great service experience. Online scheduling is convenient and easy. Carter was professional and explained service to be performed. Customer lounge was comfortable. Other sales staff were friendly. Vehicle was ready on time. Excellent interaction by all.

Everyone was so kind!

Everyone was so kind and helpful! Nate made the buying process fun and you could tell he really believed in what he was selling! While we were waiting for financing they offered us refreshments and would check in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. This was my first car buying experience and it was way more enjoyable than I thought it would be!!

Very helpful staff

Very well informed, helpful salesman. Very quick, easy finance process. Salesman went over all of the cars features and helped me pair my phone with bluetooth.

Friendly staff. Carter is a good guy, but, they failed to secure the hood properly, failed to place stem caps, and they failed to reset service recommendations notification. I’ve got to travel back there which is about 25 miles away. Disappointed!

From the time I called Aaron Scott the salesman who sold me my Crosstrek, and told him a tree fell on my new car he has helped me!
