The service department

We purchased the Assent and added a lot of extras, we bought the extended warranty and within the first year were complaining of the battery not keeping a charge. We were told there was nothing wrong with the battery or the car. I finally gave up and purchased another battery, we didn't have any issues for 6 months. At that time, it was doing the same thing, I charged the battery, and it would work for a while and run down again. We took it to the dealership again with the problem. This time they tell me that they can't replace the battery because it's not a stock battery, but they think it's due to the rear latch issue that they've found with some of the other cars. I feel that since they found this to be an issue, it should have been addressed regardless of the fact I had to replace the battery and wasn't willing to give the store 600 dollars for a new one. We're still not sure the problem is fixed and are afraid to take the car on ant road trips due to the lack of trust in the service we've received so far. We also had to wait to get the fob battery replaced the day we picked up the car. They didn't change the oil or rotate the tires either, both were on the repair list. Overall, I feel the car could be the best one I've owned, just not impressed with the service.

My last few experiences have been excellent. I had Rtyan this time, Amazing customer service. I appreciate the communication providing updates on my vehicle. I use to dread coming here by myself, but since they switched their teams my experiences have been consistently great this last year. Thank you management for hearing customer concerns and making significant improvements.

Great customer service. Much better than another Subaru facility in the OKC metro. Had a nice clean loaner vehicle. My service advisor,Ryan was pleasant and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Bob Moore Subaru.
