We were traveling through the OKC area and encountered

We were traveling through the OKC area and encountered alert messages. I called and was directed to the dealership where Devon in the service department read the codes, communicated with a service manager, explained the issues and released the codes all within 15 minutes. We were able to continue our journey with confidence and a plan for follow-up when we return home. Excellent customer service!

We purchased a used car from them, barely put 900 miles

We purchased a used car from them, barely put 900 miles on the car and the engine locked up. Can’t get any manager to return our calls, asked for the service records from their inspection on the cars’ in take-crickets. Signed the paperwork, then they keep the car another 13 days, supposedly to do the inspection. Shop cars elsewhere, this dealership has fraud all over it.

I brought my 2011 Forester to Bob Moore Subaru seeking

I brought my 2011 Forester to Bob Moore Subaru seeking preventative maintenance before a trip to the mountains. I want to stress that I wasn't having any issues with my car when I took it in. I only wanted peace of mind, and for that reason I was willing to pay their steep quote. I also want to stress that I brought my car to Bob Moore over a month before my trip was set to begin. Once they began looking at my car, the price tripled from the original quote. I accepted the new price because, as previously stated, I was willing to pay for peace of mind. A few weeks later, I picked up my car and discovered the battery was dead. Shortly after recharging the battery, I realized that the power steering wasn't functioning properly. I took it back in to Bob Moore and, to their credit, they didn't charge for labor during the second service visit. They did charge me for parts, however. After picking up my car for the second time and the night before my trip was set to begin, the engine began overheating. It seemed like I was going to miss my trip. Thankfully, after some troubleshooting, I discovered that a rubber seal had been secured so tightly that it broke and was spraying coolant into my engine. I had to fix this issue myself. Afterward, I found that there was no heat in the cabin. I would've been out of luck, but a friend had recently dealt with a similar problem and offered a solution. I had to bleed the radiator myself to remove the air bubbles and restore the heating function. Thankfully, I was able to do so in time to leave in the morning. Overall, this experience was the opposite of the peace of mind I sought. I paid an exorbitant amount and waited for weeks, and instead of having confidence in my vehicle for the trip, I faced a cascade of new problems after each service visit, some of which I had to repair myself. This turned into a complete nightmare when all I wanted was assurance. I will not be coming here again.

Found a used Subaru on their site.

Found a used Subaru on their site. I asked about car and condition. Pictures online were examined carefully. I traveled from Dallas Ft. Worth to find the car has multiple hail damage dents which were not shown in pictures or mentioned by Trevor the sales rep. I bring this up to Skylar the rep that was at work that day and he said the price is as is. Car is plugged in and totally dead and won't start. I told them 5 days before I arrived the day I would be there. Totally unprofessional and deceptive. Do not recommend.

Bob Moore Subaru is a top-notch dealership in my humble

Bob Moore Subaru is a top-notch dealership in my humble opinion! Awesome facility with courteous, professional sales staff. Tey was especially attentive to our needs and patient with our numerous questions and dealings for a pre-owned vehicle. Pleased with our purchase, and the vehicle was delivered fully serviced, spotless inside and out, plus a full tank of gas! Drove out of there happy campers and ready to "tour".

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. The sales people seemed bothered when I walked through the door asking where the parts department was and when I asked where it was, he only pointed and I was wondering around for minutes not able to find it. Once I got to the parts counter I didn’t even get a hello, only a blank stare. The bumper I purchased was super overpriced and was damaged when I received it. I returned the bumper the next day and that was a hassle because they tried saying I was the one who damaged it. Anyways, I went down to Cavender Subaru and they got me taken care of AND the bumper was $100 cheaper at Cavender. Bob Moore will never get my business again.

Zach (sales person) and Dylan (sales manager) were both

Zach (sales person) and Dylan (sales manager) were both very transparent and helpful throughout the process of buying a used car. I wanted to have the car checked out by my mechanic, and they even offered to take the car and pick it up from the mechanic. I had questions about the maintenance history of the vehicle, and they walked through all of the detailed Subaru records with me, and the service manager even worked with me to address questions. The Sales Mgr was willing to repair several minor items on the car prior to the sale. The staff was not pushy at all, and great to work with from start to finish.

Dealer response

Thanks so much for the great feedback about Zach and Dylan. We take great care to make sure our pre-owned vehicles will make their new owners happy. We’re thrilled to hear your vehicle is doing just that, Andy.
