Shady dealings after sale of car! Poor service!

Great service for the sale with Steve. Then had to call to get my closing paperwork sent to me, as it was not sent as promised. They were quick to help me cancel the warranty with the warranty company. I waited 4 weeks for the refund and finally called the warranty company who advised they issued the refund 3 weeks prior. They issued the refund to Quality Auto Sales and I would need to follow up with them. As agreed in the contract, the refund will be applied to the loan balance, this has yet to be done. I have called emailed and called several times but keep getting the same answer - that department has had a change in staff and they are behind and I will have to wait for them to catch up to get my refund. Now when I email, I get no response and when I call, there is no answer. Refund was issued to Quality Auto Sales on 9/24/20 in the amount of $1,795, I am still waiting for my refund on 12/18/20. This is a lot of money - sending to BBB for very shady dealings.


Very bad place for car shopping

I will never buy anything from this place . The car has bad car fax. Not a good experience withe this place . Never stop bye again


Best car buying experience EVER!

Michael, Steve and Abraham were absolutely AMAZING! Not only did I get an awesome deal on my Rav 4 but the entire process was fantastic. I felt like we were friends, very relaxed, comfortable and personable. That meant more to me than anything. Thank you for helping me and I definitely recommend them!



I stopped by quality Auto sales today to test drive a vehicle I was interested in potentially buying. When I asked to take a test drive, the salesperson told me that he was directed by the manager not to allow me to take a test drive in the vehicle unless I was committed to buy today. I left the dealership and call the manager asking what their policy was on test driving vehicles. He did not give me a clear policy, stating that it was on a case-by-case basis. When I asked him why I had been denied the chance to take a test drive earlier, he could give me no clear reason as well as no clear policy. When I ask what this because I am African-American, again he could be no clear reason and no clear explanation for his earlier decision. This incident was very offensive, hurtful, and I feel that it was racially biased as well. For any and all potential shoppers at this dealership, please be advised that this was my experience there. Very disappointing.


Excellent Experience

This has been the easiest experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle. They are very professional and are there for the customer.

Dealership was great, excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Quality Auto Sales. I visted a lot of other Dealers, but the financing, quality of service was way better here. These guys are straight up honest good people that keep there word.
