JT At Tru Auto Rivers is a liar.

They lie to your face. After purchasing a 2015 BMW that the bluetooth and navigation was broken on and being told by the general manager JT repeatedly that they would fix it they told me it was as is. For 6 weeks the had my car and then told me they would not help me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

VERY SATISFIED

MY HUSBAND And I would like to THANK MS.RENEE for her professionalism and prompt approach of us arriving at the dealership… Renee took us right to the vehicle we wanted in our price range..and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle being that it just came in a day prior..We were out in less than a hour which is excellent time at a dealership.

Got ripped off with a bad car

Rip people of with bad credit. Sell cars that have major problems and refuse to fix them they tell you nothing they can do without you paying to get it fix stay away .

REAL PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR EVERY DAY REAL PEOPLE!!

David Dickerson managed to make the sun come out during a thunderstorm!! I came to the man with a low 500 credit score an active charge off that was out for repossession, and when literally every online source and local source either did not return calls , or would not even take the time to help he took 2 days (wich I know affected other potential sales)and worked and worked and worked some more until he made a deal happen that I could not only afford met my necessary needs in a truck.These folks at "TRU AUTO RIVERS AVE NORTH CHARLESTON" ARE EVERY DAY PEOPLE THAT PUT THERE FEET IN YOUR SHOES !! WITH NEVER A JUDGEMENTAL MOMENT THEY WORKED MY MIRACLE !! FROM MY FAMILY TO ALL OF YOU ESPECIALLY MR.DAVID DICKERSON THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH !!!!💯💥💪

Do not shop with TRuAuto

You’ll sign a contract and they’ll call you later for more money. They lie about verifying your job just to get with their in-house Finance company. Then when you put the GPS in my car wouldn’t even work. It took almost 12 hours to get situated with not even a call from my sales rep.

What just happened??

We stopped by on a Wednesday evening 30 mins before closing so as to hopefully not draw attention from a sales person to just take a peek at a 2010 Nissan Armada. After about 10 mins Ms. Dena approached and greeted us with a smile from ear to ear. After telling us about the vehicle, I asked what time they closed and she replied, she would be there as long as we were there. We were somewhat skeptical of her optimism and confidence in getting us approved for a purchase, but sure enough we found ourselves walking through the doors at 9am on a Saturday morning and leaving with keys in hand around noon. We knew we were in trouble when we noticed the award on her desk for the “2018 Employee of the Year!” As much as I wanted to try and negotiate a lower asking price, the friendliness and ease of the sales process sabotaged any strong arm tactics I had in mind. Thank you to Ms. Dena and the Tru Auto staff of N. Charleston for getting our ever growing family into a much needed and larger vehicle. Here’s to all the road trip memories to come!
