My first time buying a car, was the worst experience of my life. Was rushed through the paperwork, I am myself not able to read because I am legally blind rushed my fiancé through signing so he could not read to me. We were told where and we’re not to take our car for repairs. They said if there were any issues needed more time making a payment etc. to give them a call I believe that’s all to make themselves look good because I never did not not pay and got $30 behind and was harassed about the $30. The owner himself said that he makes the payments biweekly so that it is easier to fall behind and they can take legal action quicker, I never knew what a lemon dealer was before. They also acted like coronavirus did not exist and bread about how many cars they repossessed while people were out of work not making money no hearts whatsoever.

After Some research trying to guess who you are, I think you are a customer that drove a car you bought from us ~22500 miles. I believe you are a customer that wore the clutch out in the manual Subura Impreza you bought from us, because you don't know how to drive a manual, even though you claimed you did. I believe that you are the same customer, that after we repoed your car because you did not pay for weeks,later told us AFTER we repoed your car that the clutch had gone out after driving for almost a year. I am pretty sure you are the ones that I repaired the clutch for and you said you would come in on Friday and get caught up on your payments and get back in the car. I'mpositive you are the privileged couple waiting on the next settlement / welfare check to scam the next person with. I'mconfident your names are Samone Frattello and Tyler Knowlton and you are the ones that did not show up on Friday as we discussed after your repo to pick up the car because you got your settlement check from whomever, and moved on to scam the next dealer. Regardless, your car is still waiting on you to pick up and pay like you agreed to. (Just kidding we sold in months ago and the customer is happy, loves it, and unlike you, pays there bills). See you soon, with the judgement against you; and in the future, just a note, pay your bills, do what you say you will do when Someone tries to help you and don't take advantage of other people. *******VERY IMPORTANT. VERY TRUE**** ********PLEASE READ******************** Stay away from this company. All they care about is your MONEY.....AND WHAT THEY CAN PROFIT OFF OF YOU. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS. DAWN SAID IF WE HAVE ANY ISSUES ABOUT PAYMENTS OR ANYTHING COME TO HER .LIES...LIES..LIES... SO for 1. We went in to purchase a F-350 and we told them it was for work...we were going to be hauling. But we didnt think it was an issue becasue its none of their it for. In reality we were using it for a transportation business. 2. We added the truck on our personal insurance but then cancelled it and on the same day of cancellation we added commercial insurance on the truck. 3. We had the truck for 2 weeks then all the oil bust or something and there was no oil IN THE TRUCK AND THEY NEVER CHANGED THE OIL IN THE TRUCK and it wouldnt crank. 4. We called HIM( MR. ROBERT) AND HE CLAIMED TO BE SO HELPFUL AND TOLD US TO PUT THE KEYS IN THE GAS TANK AND HE WAS GOING TO GET IT FIXED AND HE TOWED IT THE SAME DAY. HE SHOULD FIX IT BY LAW...WE DIDNT EVEN HAD THE TRUCK FOR 2 WEEKS AND IT BRAKES DOWN. SMH. BUT AFTER 2 WEEKS HE IS NO SAYING WE ABANDONED THE TRUCK AND LEFT HIM TO FI IT..HOW?? I BEEN IN CONTACT WITH HIM FOR 2 WEEKS...HE. SAYING OH ITS NOT READY TODAY BUT IT WILL BE READY THIS DAY AND THAT DAY. OH THE WRPNG PART CAME IN AND IT WILL BE FIXED THE NEXT DAY..ALL LIES.. We been paying for the truck and expalined to him we didn'T have the funds for the time the truck was broke and they said no problem we will work with you. Robert even wanted to sign new paperwork and wanted me to start paying more just because i have my own business.LONG STORY SHORT, HE WAS MAD THAT WE DIDNT TELL THEM WE HAVE OUR OWN BUSINESS...AND HE TOLD US THAT HE WANT MORE MONEY DOWN...AFTER WE GAVE HIM.2700....THEN THE DAY HE SAY WE CAN PICK THE VEHICLE UP...HE WOULD NOT PICK UP his phone for any of my calls or respond to texts BUT TEXT US A LONG MESSAGE hours later THAT HE IS UNCOMFORTABLE WORKING WITH ME, HE IS TAKING A HUGE RISK AND HOW HE GONNA ASK ME FOR A FEW THOUSAND OF DOLLARS TO GIVE TO HIM TO GET THE TRUCK BACK. Wow, where do you start with this response. They just bought a truck to use for hauling cars which our contract (and their insurance) exclusively prohibits. They drove it thousands of miles in weeks, didn'tmaintain it, we had it towed, repoed it, sold it to the next person, who is happy and making their payments. Really simple rule in life, don'tbuy what you can't afford. Weird they didn'tmention the eviction we later found out they were going thru when they bought it. We really love our customers but we can'thelp you if you lie to us.

90 day warranty
Purchased car 30 days ago. Asked for some repairs and have concerns about, remote not working, trunk not working, error code showing bad catalytic converter. Purchased car before issues were resolved with a promise on repairs. Took to a repair place Robert recommended. Robert kept telling us our 90 day warranty would cover repairs. We've had car 30 days...not under warranty- we are stuck with $2500 in repairs! Waiting to see if he will do the right thing and cover repairs he told us was under warranty.

As always, we appreciate your business and do everything we can to help our customers, however you have to take ownership of your car and your warranty and your issues, you can not just pawn them back on us. Number one, this is a mini cooper, and they are notorious for being difficult to diagnose. the code you were getting before purchase was related to the catalytic converter but was diagnosed as an unplugged o2 sensor, which we had fixed before it was sold. You have not called the warranty company and tried to report a claim, you are simply relying on what mechanics are telling you and you haven't actually called and confirmed what the problem is and called YOUR warranty company about YOUR car. I can not file a warranty claim for you - it is YOUR warranty and I confirmed with the warranty company you have NEVER called them so you don't actually know what is covered and what is not. Lastly on this matter, a mechanic told you there is alledgedly 2500 in problems, I have called this mechanic and have not gotten a call back, because you said yourself, you work at an auto parts store, that you could get the catalytic converter for 409, I have confirmed it would be 265 if i bought it wholesale, if in fact that is even the problem. So where this 2500 is coming from, and the fact that the warranty company won't cover it is all unsubstantiated. Also, you wrote this review within 3 days of the problem when we were trying to help you. Its odd to right a bad review in the middle of the process when someone is trying to help you with YOUR car with issues that came up AFTER you bought the car, and with YOUR warranty. As always, we will try and continue to help, but the absurdity of the negative review and your lack of ownership of your problem and your warranty with a 3rd party company should be noted. Not to mention the absurdity that a new remote would fix any problem, given that the key starts the car. Also you fail to mention that you drove the car during those 30 days and can go to the car right now, get in it and drive it anywhere you want to go. As you have described to me, there is nothing that is preventing you from driving the car at all, just a check engine light that is on. Again, we strive to help our customers, but 2500 is absurd for almost any repair to a car that can be and is driven every day, it is ill advised to make your mechanic rich on theoretical fixes to theoretical problems, like spending 350 dollars for a new key to purportedly fix a problem with the trunk opening, when the original mini key is included and operates the car. Anyway, we will continue to try and work with you to help you resolve your matters, but highly recommend you take it upon yourself to call the warranty company with the actual problem when you actually know what the problem is, because I have never seen a 2500 repair necessary on a car that runs and drives. I have seen customers show me mechanics charging $1600 to replace a basic battery and dealerships charging $ 1100 to replace all brake pads and rotors on a 2016 ford car which of course are equally as absurd as this 2500 alleged repair that is required, so perhaps the problem lies in the diagnosis and the pricing your getting and the accuracy of the warranty coverage the same mechanic is telling you and not in the actual car itself. Again, I will try to reach you to help with your matters after your mechanic returns my phone calls.

Dawn is not professional at all. She is extremely rude. When making a payment make sure you do so with a money order she (Dawn) will request cash. You will be overcharged for whatever vehicle you purchase. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Stay as far away as possible!

Since we are calling Names, Latoya and / or Antwon White. We don't take repossessing vehicles lightly. But when we loan our hard earned money, and we get promised payment over and over and over without any actual performance, we doubt. I am sorry for you that you attacked my staff, had a police report filed for your threats against my staff, and when the police went to your residence, the demise of the matter was, your husband went to jail for outstanding warrants in this and/or other states. But we try to help all our customers, gave you every opportunity to resolve, but you tried to take advantage of us, and for that reason we repossessed your vehicle and filed charges against you for attacking our staff for doing so. We hope you find a better path in your life and as always, we will always be a great resource for people that need a fresh start or are just down on their current luck.
