Unscrupulous behavior! Be Careful!!!

Purchased a suburban September 2022 for our Home health care agency. The owner knew it was to transport disabled kids, and STILl obviously didn’t care!!!!, The TPM light was illuminated. The owner Mark kept sending us to “friends” to fix it. 120$ at discount tire took care of it, but he just kept avoiding us!! Lost a good customer over 120$???!! BEWARE!!!

Awful

Arrive to look at a car listed as one of their feature cars (Mercedes ML). Windshield cracked in several areas, one tire had a huge gash out of it and bulge, other tire had an insanely huge chunk out of the rim poking into the tire. Couldn't even take the xxxxx. on a test drive in that condition. Photos made it look pristine but the car had several scratches.

Hey Mark, make things right :)

Want a real honest review? Read this: These people are PENNY PINCHERS (they would rather pass the cost to the customer than to fix something small and easy), and apparently DIRECT LIARS with a touch of bad customer service skills and hidden BS fees at the end. Less than 2 weeks ago I visited and looked at a Audi a6. I test drove the dark grey A6, I immediately noticed that there was a wheel bearing hum when driving which meant that one of the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. I was interested in the car and started to speak to Mike about it and told him my concerns with the wheel bearing. He clearly communicated with me and stated that we could work out a deal and either they can get this problem fixed for me or I can take $500 off of the asking price and do it myself. I decided to go home and think about it and look at other cars. A day or so later I reached back out to Mike and told him we would like to have those problems fixed first before we take the car off the lot. He said that wouldn't be possible with out a down payment from me. I explained and Mike verified that the items I had asked for would be fixed before I came back up to pick up the car. He called me and told me the wheel bearing was replaced and the noise was gone. Guess what? When I came to get the car the wheel bearing noise was still there! And this is when I started talking to Mark. I told him I was upset the problem was not fixed as promised and he told me that we would ride in the car together. He drove and I sat in the passenger seat. When we got up to speed you could begin to hear the hum. I looked over at him and he looked me dead in the eye and said "I don't hear anything" ," I've dealed cars for years and that is not a wheel bearing issue". I explained to him that I have dealt with Audis for a while and know what a bad wheel bearing sounds like. He further stated they "tested all the other wheel and found the driver side wheel bearing was "questionable"" and "replaced it". We came back to the dealership and talked and I asked for proof of replacing the wheel bearing, an invoice of the part they ordered, they could NOT PROVIDE ME ONE! they had a invoice of the oil filter but not one for the wheel bearing because it was done at a "SHOP" at their other location. Mark got quite upset when I began pressing him with more questions about them doing the wheel bearing and showing proof. Eventually after he continually reassured us that "we need trust between each other" I decided to sign the paper work. I took the car home with the wheel bearing humming. The next morning I took it to a shop to find the humming noise and lo and behold it was the front passenger side wheel bearing BUT HERE IS THE KICKER, THE DRIVER SIDE WHEEL BEARING WAS THE ORIGINAL ONE AND HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED! I call Mark and explained the situation, he became upset again and I had to use my de-escalation skills to get him to relax and hear me out! I told him the right thing to do was to let me bring the car back and for them to prove to me they replaced it. Instead he offered to buy the part and send it to me in the mail. (Mark, at this point we both know that it was never fixed, unless you want to prove me wrong on this review). After I got the news the part was going to be delivered we had the car lifted and ready to replace the wheel bearing. Here is how I know they lied to me: they ordered a wheel bearing from O'Reilly's and when it arrived, it was the wrong part :). Obviously if you had replaced the driver side wheel bearing successfully you would have known to order the correct part right Mark? After going and special ordering the right wheel bearing the car was put back together and who would have guessed it? The noise was gone :) Want to make this right Nations Auto? Refund the $500 you used to "FIX" the wheel bearing and also refund me the $25 for the emissions test that I was charged for but didn't need and MARK took back I'll wait for your call Mark! Do the right thing!

Great dealer

I went to the dealer to look for another vehicle. They did not have the other color I was looking for however they were very pleasant to deal with. Went over vehicle history with me and advised they would contact me with a match.

My New Vehicle

The process with trading my vehicle and buying the new one went very smooth. All of the employees were friendly and had great customer service. They also made me feel confident with my buy and power during the buying process.

Helpful for someone that is no car expert

I was moving to Denver while living in Nashville. Using this site made purchasing a car in Denver very easy. I found the car I wanted at even a better price than I expected. The dealership, Nations Auto, was great at mailing all the paperwork and handling the transaction.
