Always great service. My most recent detail made my car look BRAND NEW I couldn’t believe it. It’s the best detail I’ve ever had in my life. I love that they text now as that is easiest for my lifestyle. I love Hawk Mazda

The service provided by Hawk is exceptional. They use a TV monitor to keep you informed of what’s being done to your vehicle and an estimated time of completion. Their staff is very professional and accommodating.

Very disappointing overall customer service. Had to wait...

Very disappointing overall customer service. Had to wait 10 days for scheduled appointment, then another 2.5 hours onsite. Naturally, the virus excuse was used, but this was our experience pre-virus as well. In addition, I also have Ford F150, and never experienced this issue on service. Hi

Usually nothing but good things. I went to pick up my car...

Usually nothing but good things. I went to pick up my car and return loaner. I had received text and voicemail messages saying my car is ready. When I get there I find there was a problem with transmission and that it was fixed and that I also have $100.00 deductible to pay. I asked why wasn’t I told of this, the service manager says well we talked about if it was something that wasn’t covered. I STILL say I should have been informed of problem being found, and fixed and me paying for something I knew nothing about. I was able to put on my credit card, but if that wasn’t an option. I feel she should OWN her mistakes of not keeping me informed, and especially that I had to pay!!
