The only negative was the amount of time it took for a diagnosis. I dropped my car off at the dealership at 8am and was only told what needed to be done or how long it would take until I called, which was after 1pm. This is the only vehicle I have, and if a loaner was going to be necessary, I would have like to know sooner so those arrangements could be made.

Had a very good experience working with Nestor. He was very helpful and made my father and I feel very comfortable. He worked hard with the finance team to get me a very affordable payment. Excellent customer service. We’re very happy with our experience.

Brought my car in due to low tire pressure. They did a complete assessment of the tire. At this time the cause was not detected, but I was told to keep an eye on the tire and to bring it back if low pressure persisted.

Everything went smoothly. I was greeted promptly and walked through my requests and questions. Manny took care of everything requested and kept me updated during the visit. He tracked down a warranty issue with my touch screen and got that taken care of as well. Manny also gave me a heads up on some upcoming issues with my car and provided estimates. A great visit.
