excellent service
I needed service for my Subaru and wanted to find service closer to my work, my route, or home with hours that fit my schedule. This place fit this criteria. The service was attentive, polite, respectful, and reasonable. The cost of the service and repairs were much less than I had anticipated. So far, I am very satisfied and am ready to take my Subaru back for any further maintenance or repair it might need in the future. I would highly recommend using Hawk for service.

Bad day
Something that should have taken less than an hour took 3 freaking hours! I also think I was charged way too much! I won’t be coming back any time soon.

Took too long
I came in for an oil change that they said would take an hour. It took 2.5 hours. I also asked if they could give me an estimate on new wiper blades. They never did until I asked about it as I was leaving.

Oil change
Allie was up front about how long it would take (just over an hour). She did a great job checking me in, taking payment at end, and having the car ready to go at the end. It was also nice to have the car washed.

Got me in and out within an hour of arriving, even though the appointment I scheduled over the phone wasn’t showing up in the system. Staff was nice and the waiting area was very comfortable.

Sub par
Forgot to reset oil life indicator, again. This has happened before. I just hope that the oil change I paid for was actually done... It may be time to look at a different dealer service center to do my repairs and maintenance.
