Absolutely Pleased

Our sales associate was Kayla. She was a rockstar! She was patient with my husband and I as she wanted us to find the exact car we were looking for at the price we were looking for. When we were there on the night we planned on purchasing the car she went over the car in complete detail. She answered all our questions thoroughly and kept a smile the whole time. She was pleasant and professional through the whole purchasing process. It was definitely a pleasure to work with her!

Wonderful

Great people no stress buying. They even offered to go get my son a happy meal while we waited. Bought a great suv super happy will definitely come back

Great experience

I have heard great things about Hawk Chevy and went in to the dealer just to look. The wife and I ended up leaving with a new Camero. Can’t say enough nice things about the whole experience.

New truck broke down and put on back burner

700 miles and service engine light comes on. Call the dealer and the say bring it right in. I get there and then they tell me come back tomorrow, so I make a 7:00am appointment. I bring the truck in the next day. I do not hear anything from them so I call and call. They tell me they can't find anything wrong but want to run more test. 4 days later I get the truck back, the service statement says the reflashed the computer. This whole ordeal cost me 4 days of lost wages $2000.00 and $700.00 payment buy this truck and service department cost me nothing but money putting me in the hole. You can't get a hold of anyone because they don't have a paging system and don't answer voicemail. I any happy with the sales and parts department, but service has a lot to be desired.

Bad sensor

Brought my car in for a faulty sensor twice within two days for two different sensors didn't have a problem getting me in a rental the second time and they were fast at getting my car done let's just hope this solves the problem Mike was amazing went out of his way to make sure that I was taking care of

Silverado

I love your service, why did you raise you oil change price by around $15 ? That is a lot very unsatisfying. That is around a 30% increase. Come on , isn’t that a little much?

Awesome Service

Julián Perez went above and beyond with helping me with the purchase of my vehicle. He took the time and was very understanding with my needs.
