The service team at Hawk are always friendly and courteous. Besides knowing what they are doing they are always willing to sit with you to explain mechanics and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I called the service department and spoke with Justin Woods who scheduled my maintenance right away working around my schedule.

Had a good competitive bidding with this dealer. Ended up buying the first car on a Tuesday and returned for some more paper work on a Thursday to find a car I liked much better. Even if they were both Cadillacs. Got the deal finished with a bit more hand wrangling.
