Do not buy from here buyer beware. Purchased a jeep they lied on carfax report. Said they put in new battery battery was 4 yrs old. It's been 2 months still haven't received memorandum title. Can't get tags can't drive vehicle. I'm in the army stationed on base. Just got informed they are going to impound vehicle for no tags. Keep getting run around from dealership
Best experience ever buying a vehicle!!!
We saw the vehicle on auto trader we stopped in to see it. Rick greeted us when we walked in and from that point the experience was top notch! He got the information needed and sent us on our way to test drive. When we came back he listened to us and what we needed to leave with the vehicle. I was so impressed by the customer service and overall experience with every one we encountered Rick, Austin, and Dan. We will be back to see Rick in the future.
So I had a low voltage issue with the ABS unit. The dealership claimed it was the battery (that was 1.5 years old) and said the tested it and it was only putting out half of the cold cranking amps it was supposed to. I pushed them hard on this to make absolutely certain the battery was a problem and they confirmed it was. After having the battery replaced I took the old one back to the place I bought it. They tested it and showed me it was fine. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this company and will never do business with them again. In the image attached, the piece of paper on the left came from the dealership and on the right is what came from the service station who actually charged the battery and tested it.
Poor business and communication
We have over and 800 credit score but after shopping with this dealership. We no longer have excellent credit. We traded a vehicle on August 14, 2020. One month later we receive an email from our lender which is Toyota that we still have a balance on our account. We ignored this as we assumed that this was sent before the payoff from Jeep Performance Delaware. Then on September 17, 2020 we then received a collection notice and a credit reduction. I called the dealership and a long story short, they blamed UPS for loosing the check for the payoff. They assured us that the check was being FEDEX overnight. On September 24, 2020 we receive another email and collection notice! I of course called and reported the issue very calm and professional. Left a message and spoke to someone in the financial department. As of September 25, 2020; we have not been contacted by this dealership. I have never written a review. Unfortunately I felt that I should warn others. Happy car shopping
Overall exactly what I expected. We found a good but cheap car that I trusted more coming from the dealership. Good customer service. Easy buying process. Car was as advertised.
Traded a 20 year old Jeep ..that they are now trying to re-sell for (6) times ( yes...6 times) the amount they offered me for the trade. Shame on me for not asking for more on the trade...but shame on them for lack of fairness and responsibility. I won't be back and will not recommend them either.
Service after the sale
After purchasing a used truck, I found there were issues that were immediately brought to the attention of our sales rep. I was told to bring the vehicle in and they would be addressed. Issue 1 - a parking sensor beeps when there is nothing in front of the vehicle. I was told that the "sensitivity has been turned down" and that there was nothing else that could be done only to find out they disabled the function all together. Issue 2 - the vehicle needs an alignment. I was told that since they did an alignment during their vehicle inspection I would have to pay $100 for them to do another one. Why should I have to pay for them to correct their poor work? Isn't $21k enough to have something fixed that was apparently already done, but done poorly?
The perfect used car
Bill Green Was an amazing salesman as he was patient and understanding and really showed how much he valued us as customers. He made the process easy-going and insured us of the quality of our sale by checking out the vehicle independently as also reviewing bluebook and safety information. Mr. Green is very relatable and showed that he was about building a relationship not just selling cars. He gave us great with info and support. He was also great with working with finance to get us a great option despite our challenges! Mr. Green informed us about the dealership history as well as the owner and how he gives back. !!0 we look forward to doing business with him again at our next purchase time! Ask for Bill Green!!!

Excellent Lease Experience
