Worse Service department ever

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICE AT PHIL LONG. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Purchased 2021 Navigator and within a month also purchased a 2021 Aviator. We had recalls on both and had to several months for them to fix it. When we took it in we had to deal with Daniel who should not be working in customer service, He is rude and does not listen to the customer. We had other issues that were under warranty but they did not get addressed. Daniel only does what he wants to do. Last time we took it they were supposed to fix the bent sun visor and they replace it with a visor that was in worse shape than the original. Now our interior lights do not work, the garage remote on the visor does not work and our massage seats do not work. We gave up on this dealership and taking it to Landmark who can hopefully fix their incompetent work. We purchase new cars every 3 to years and will never go back to any Phil Long dealership. We tried calling the service manager and they don't even bother to call back.

Outstanding Service and Technician Team!

We highly recommend Phil Long Lincoln on Motorcity Dr in the Springs for any service needed on your vehicle. Daniel, our service manager, is simply OUTSTANDING!! He kept us apprised of the situation the entire time they were working on our car. A shout out to Clark, the technician working on our car. His repairs were done in a professional manner and he kept our car CLEAN...No Grease anywhere on our car!!! Thank you Clark for all that you did for us!

2020 Ranger

Recently purchased a used Ranger. Staff was pleasant and very good to work with. Answered all questions as anticipated. We stopped back in for a couple small issues and the issues were solved right away. Facilities are adaquate for sales, not sure for maintenance as we had non completed. Finance went as well as one would hope and we received an excellent interest rate (helped make the decision to purchase a warrenty which we normally would not have purchased).

The integrity that management demonstrated in servicing my vehicle gives me great comfort in my decision to continue using them for any future maintenance. I am thankful that the service manager, Tony, personally handled the oil change servicing conducted by a third party on Phil Long property that damaged my oil pan. Tony investigated and communicated with me in an effective, professional and friendly manner, The issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction with very little inconvenience.
