02/08/2025 Had small issue with 2023 AUDI Q7 ‬parking sensor. While bringing the car to the service, they also recommended to do recall procedure to replace starter/alternator unit and gave me a loaner. I had the letter from AUDI headquarter about recall just a week before my appointment to fix the sensor, but I didn't rush to proceed with recall and leave it for the later time. But here while fixing the sensor, they also took care of starter recall. Same day I promptly received the report with multi-point inspection video and the message that needed part is in the stock. The entire service took only two days. Work was done quickly and with a good quality. It was covered by the manufacturing warranty. Also I had all the answers to my additional questions. Want to thanks Russel Newton at the Service desk and the Mechanics who worked on my car to service and this repair it professionally. I am very satisfied and recommend Knoxville AUDI dealership to everyone. Outstanding dealership! Good friendly people and great service A+++! Thank you.
