I can't recommend this dealership based on my purchase

I can't recommend this dealership based on my purchase experience. I purchased a car from them remotely, and the communication from the salesperson was very minimal. I never felt comfortable or assured that they were working to get me the car I wanted. I felt in the dark most of the time and confused about many things. They were not informative or helpful unless I asked specific questions from my own research and then I only got short text answers back. I spoke to a manager who was more helpful with my questions, but I felt he got pushy with add-ons. The car is good, but even the delivery was challenging because they didn't let me know when it was scheduled, only a heads up that it was on the way, without an ETA. And even that was a short confusing text. The car arrived with a stain on the passenger seat and when I pointed it out, they only apologized for missing that in the detail. The service overall was far from the professionalism I would expect from a Lexus dealership.

Jeff Kasting is a great resource for Walser.

Jeff Kasting is a great resource for Walser. The lot guy / driver (Jared?) very personable and responsive. I am not a fan - very Anti Drive flat tirews. they are noisy and do not ride well.
