If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is a complete joke, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I reached out about a truck they had on their lot, in their showroom, and asked for a video and a quote. Getting anything from them was like pulling teeth. After hours of waiting, they finally send me a terrible video where the person recording is literally slamming the doors of the truck I was interested in — totally unprofessional and careless. When it came to pricing, they couldn’t even provide a detailed worksheet with a breakdown of costs. All I got was some vague, round number with zero transparency. No rebates, no breakdown of add-ons or markups — clearly hiding something. I then called to speak with the Sales Manager, Doug, and the guy had the audacity to just hang up on me. This place is unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly uninterested in making a sale. They lost a very easy deal because of their rude, incompetent behavior. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this dealership.

I purchased a new car from Hertrich of Elkton on June 14th, 2023. I just received my registration on August 28th. The wait was 10 weeks and car cost >38k. Every person I saw or talked with told me different lies. It turned out the dealer title request was rejected. I live in Delaware and went to motor vehicles myself to get a third temporary tag. I still don’t have a Delaware permanent license plate. Overall a horrible experience with incompetent people. No one cared enough to follow up with me on the wait time for documents after I answered their survey for Dodge. The dealership had all its money by June 19th.

I wasn't happy with the recon fee.
I wasn't happy with the recon fee. All of this work should be done before you put the price on the car. Where the bumper meets the fender. There is a gap on both sides. Your certified Inspection should have caught this. I have been waiting since 6/9/ to have it repaired.
