We just bought our new/used Ford Flex today from Bostelman auto. It took us 2 hours to drive there from Chattanooga and less than half that time to drive away in our new ride. We traded in our vehicle and Dominique and team did all the paperwork to transfer our titles and registration. We got a very fair no haggle necessary price for our trade-in. This was the BEST experience I've had buying a vehicle! Dominic and Josh were friendly, courteous, helpful, and so patient while they guided me through the process of buying. They weren't pushy they just asked questions about what I was looking for and found the perfect SUV for me. They are true gentlemen. Bought my 2014 Camry SE there two years ago. I am still satisfied with my purchase. Plus, compared to the prices I see now for similar vehicles and mileage, I am starting to believe I got a better deal than most people today. They were easy to deal with and had us in and out pretty quickly.

First off Steve and the staff only select quality and dependable vehicles which they inspect and go over and repair if necessary before it goes up for sale! They heve something for everyone and at a great price that compares and beats anyone out there and their customer service is the BEST! How do I know well I have have bought three vehicles form them the first one was my F150 king ranch truck which now has 250000 miles on it and runs like a top and I still have it! The other was a jeep liberty which I really liked but was a little small for me so I found my third vehicle three weeks ago a beautiful frod expedition xlt which you can see my pictuire with Terri Bostleman standing in front of it on their web page and I was taken care of again by Terri who is a awesome person, you see she knew I really wanted this vehicle which was used but only had 40000 original miles on it and was like brand new and was determined to make it happen for me and all I had to do was show up with my trade in which Steve evaluated for me and she did the rest in less then two hours and would not let me do anything she handled it all and as always with Bostleman Automotive no hidden fee's or tricky contracts just simple easy to understand terms at a great rate I might add and he me finaced and out the door in my Beautiful Expediton which I absoulutly Love! The reason I wanted to post this is for anyone needing any thing from a low end budget vehicle to a high end vehicle they have you covered! I cannot say enough about Steve and Terri and all of their staff! They have been great to me and I know they will to you as well with all kinds of finacing options anyone and I am proud to call them friends! Steve and Terri and Steves brother Mark have been in my corner when I need them and even now you see I am battling cancer and winning and Mark was one of the first people to know he has been a awesome friend and he runs the repair shop that is there for you on all their vehicles at a great price and work steve the mechanic is very good so I hope this takes away any doubts you may have about Bostleman Automotive and I have never been treated as well by any dealership I am always coming back!!!
