FANTASTIC!

FANTASTIC! I have never purchased a vehicle online and literally hate everything about car things. I hate getting a car serviced, hate buying a car, leasing a car, renting a car...But I'd been researching a car that I wanted, knew my budget and what the car I wanted was worth. I found Indy Auto Imports but more importantly, I found a GREAT dealership with REAL people. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience I've had and even though I'm in another state, will look to them FIRST for my next car buying need. Thanks to Skylar and Taylor for the updates, assurances, and just generally being awesome! I LOVE MY CAR!

After contacting them, they got back with me by the next

After contacting them, they got back with me by the next morning. I set up a time to go look at the vehicle, was greeted very professionally by Taylor and we proceeded to go look at the 2014 Explorer and test drive it. A couple of days went by and got my wife to go look at it and December 23 we bought the Explorer. Great dealership and was treated excellent. I highly recommend them.

Great experience

Got a new Audi allroad as I needed something bigger for my needs. Staff was great and all my concerns were taken care of. This is my 3rd car from them without any issues.

DON’T BUY A CAR FROM HERE

WARNING! I would NOT recommend buying a car from here. I have contemplated leaving this review but I feel like others deserve to know and I appreciate honesty. As a single girl that drove all the way from Kentucky to purchase a car, I feel like I was absolutely sold a piece of junk. It was late when my friend and I arrived and there were several red flags but I was in a situation where I HAD to get a vehicle due to having a previous accident totaling my car. As soon as I drove it off the lot and onto the interstate I knew something was wrong. The short test drive I took on the road the dealership is on didn't reveal this due to lack of acceleration. By the time realized the issue the lot was closed and it was a Saturday. I called the manager on Monday and explained to him the issue. 3 months of going back and forth, there office also losing a form requiring me to go to the clerks office multiple times, and somehow me being liable for holding up their "funds" from the bank I was sent $1000 for a $6000 repair. DO NOT buy a car from here. A couple of the employees were very nice but some would be pictured in the dictionary beside a sleazy car salesman.

Well, I tried

Emailed the dealership with questions. After and hour and emails from 3 different people, none of my questions really got answered, the offered no additional information on the car, and finally got someone to admit that the price was non-negotiable. Which begs the question, what was I wasting my time with emails for. They should just post on the ad that prices are non-negotiable. Would have saved everyone a lot of time. Basically, they didnt want to deal with me unless I was willing to drive 30 miles just to get some questions answered. I was ready to buy a car, not be sold one. Obviously it didnt work out for either of us, even thou I had cash in hand.

Great customer service

My wife and I had a great experience at this local Auto sales dealership, our sales person Jason was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. No pressure to buy anything, I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop here first and experience what good Hometown car buying should be.

Great experience.

Great experience. Only perched the car two weeks ago. But so far so good. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with. May go back again if this turns out to be a good vehicle.
