Moses assisted us and was able to show us cars within

Moses assisted us and was able to show us cars within our budget. We were able to leave with a beautiful Ford F150 thanks to Moses outstanding hard work and determination! We will 100% be going back when ready to purchase a vehicle ps My Friend purchased the vehicle but Moses showed me and my family the same energy as if we purchased the vehicle ourselves I would recommend him to anyone buying a vehicle great salesman and human being makes the experience much better

I purchased a 2019 Cadillac CTS from M & B Auto Group on

I purchased a 2019 Cadillac CTS from M & B Auto Group on July 28, 2025. The buying process itself went smoothly, but the real problem started when it came time to get my permanent tags. My temporary tags expired on August 28, 2025, and despite calling the dealership multiple times—both two weeks and one week before expiration—they still hadn’t handled it. When I called again, they told me to meet them at the DMV to take care of it. That didn’t sit right with me because I had already paid them to handle the tags as part of the purchase. After more back and forth, I had to insist that they just send me the check so I could handle it myself. They finally sent the check on September 8, 2025—long after my temp tags had already expired. This was an unnecessary hassle that left me driving around without valid tags for days. While the car itself was fine, the dealership’s handling of the tag process was unprofessional and caused me a lot of stress. If you buy from here, make sure you stay on top of them about the paperwork, or be prepared to deal with delays.

I purchased a 2019 Cadillac CTS from M & B Auto Group on July 28, 2025, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid the dealership to handle my registration and tags in Washington, DC, where I live. Instead, they incorrectly titled the vehicle in Virginia, which has prevented me from getting my DC plates. Despite repeated phone calls and follow-ups, the dealership has not taken responsibility for their mistake or assisted in resolving the issue. I’ve had to contact my finance company and DC DMV myself to fix something that should have been handled properly from the start. This error has caused unnecessary stress, delays, and additional work on my part. When you purchase a vehicle from a dealership, you expect professionalism and accuracy—especially when it comes to something as important as your title and registration. Unfortunately, M & B Auto Group failed to meet that basic standard. I would not recommend this dealership to others, and I strongly urge future buyers to be cautious when trusting them with paperwork and title processing.

Update ** Vehicle has been fine but buyer beware as they make it seem mandatory that you purchase GAP even when you say you don't want to. I told the sales person that I would cancel as soon as I could but they make it impossible to do so and keep giving me the run around. Based on other complaints with the BBB, they ARE the ones to issue the refund. I have been trying to cancel this since June 13th and nothing. The loan has been paid off, and they have refused to respond to my complaint filed with the BBB. Don't buy any of their additional insurance products because they make it impossible to cancel. Moses was polite and easy to work with. He communicated well. Just purchased it yesterday, and I still need to wait for proper paperwork to process so we can finish registration and inspection since this was an out of state sale.
