Back for 2nd Time

This is our 2nd time buying from this company. The first time went fantastic, we worked with Chad and he's amazing. He got us the payments we wanted the first go around and he did it again the 2nd time. We almost bought from a different company and I decided I was more comfortable going back to Chad. He makes you feel very comfortable, he's real, honest, funny, professional, just overall a good guy. He definitely is the one you want to interact with but they were all really nice. We knew exactly what we wanted to pay and he got it there for us. He works hard to help you. I would suggest going there and asking for him but any of them are great.

Used 2017 Ford Edge

I was in the market to purchase a Compact SUV for my son. After doing much research , I consulted with Scott and he provided some great advice on the pros and cons of various alternatives. He was patient and very responsive in all my dealings. In the end, we found the perfect car for my son, a 2017 Ford Escape. Scott has great access to multiple auctions and a wide breadth of inventory to choose from. Chris was awesome in consummating the sale and making the paperwork side as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend ILM.

Great Customer Service

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, great customer service. Mitchell is a great guy who stayed in contact with me during the buying process. I live in Alabama and the vehicle was shipped to me and delivered to my front door with no problems. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the process of buying a vehicle.

2015 Lincoln MKZ

I could not have had a better car buying experience! From the initial phone call conversation to signing the purchasing agreement. Friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend ILM!

HIDDEN FEES

I went in to buy an SLC Mercedes Benz that roughly cost $26,000 after all kinds of hidden fees that didn't even make sense it came out to 31,000 and some change. The guy didn't even have the nerve to look me in the eye or say the number out loud when he printed and handed me the paper. They are a bunch of crooks taking advantage of a wealthy area.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The only fee we have is a $199 Doc Fee, which is pretty standard in Indiana. We do collect state sales tax and titling fee, neither of which has anything to do with us. If you're an Indiana resident, that puts you a little over $28k all in. We're a fairly small dealership and no one here remembers speaking with you and you're not in our system. Are you sure you have the right place?

2015 jaguar xf 3.0 add supercharge

Found exactly what I wanted at ILMsports after searching and being mislead by other dealers for 6 months. I found Mitchell Bishop to be honest and fulfilled my requests for getting the car ready for my purchase ..including a service warranty that has already been up to par already. I approached dealer with an attitude of I don't want no bull and I got no bull..but I did get a beautiful car that I was confident to purchase

Horrible Dealership

My husband purchase a Audi from this company, the day he pulled off the lot a oil leak occurred and they were unable to fix the problem after multiple mechanics tried. They promised him another car from the auction and has yet gotten him one. My husband paid 10k for this car and they have the Audi sitting at the dealership. The customer service here sucks and the Owner is hard to get in contact with . COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAME OF THEMSELVES!

Ashley, thank you for expressing your concerns. The 10-year-old, 120k mile car your husband purchased did not leak while in our possession and, according to your husband, did not start leaking until after he bought it. Even though it was sold "as-is" & he declined to take a service contract ("warranty"), as a good will gesture, we paid for the first repair, which took care of most of the problem, & offered to pay for half the second. It's an unfortunate situation but we did not feel comfortable taking the vehicle back and selling a car with a leak to someone else, as your husband suggested. We would never intentionally sell a car with known issues. Also, Chris was not the salesperson - he did the paperwork and then tried to help with the post-sale issues.

Great Car, Great Price, Great Service

I know they made money on me but I feel like I stole it. Bought a used Range Rover HSE Supercharged. Immaculate condition, and best deal I could find after looking everywhere for over a month. THANK YOU SCOTT!!!!!

Great place, great people...

If your looking for a car or in need of a repair, that's the place to go. I purchase an RX350 there a year ago, and recently went back cause I needed a rear spoiler, and Scott (the owner) took great care of me. He was so kind and so helpful so a point where I felt like he was a blessing from God... Great team! Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend anybody who need a car to check them out...
