I called about getting my vehicle reprogrammed and was originally quoted for an hour of labor or about $210. When I picked the vehicle up, I had to pay almost $800 and was never called and updated on the cost.

There was no pressure to finalize the deal, Isiah was professional, knowledgeable about all things that had to do with the car we were looking at. He came and checked on. me while I was waiting to make sure I didn't need anything.

Overall a great experience. Very personable and customer service was excellent in finding just the right used vehicle for my needs. The whole process kept the stress of the quest at a minimum. Options of a variety of different makes and models was a big plus!
