Do NOT have you vehicle serviced here. Spent 5K on truck engine repairs only to be having the same issues less than 1000 miles later. It is under warranty from the work they did and they are refusing to work on it claiming it is my fault somehow. I have had the truck back in twice trying to give them the chance to resolve the issue which they clearly are incapable of and instead of outsourcing or being honest they’d rather point the finger at the guy who simply paid a bill. Customer service from the owner down to front desk is appalling. Worst experience ever!!

Same day service

Had issue with 4WD not working, as a first time customer I called and they got me right in then diagnosed and fixed in less than 1hr. Top notch service!

Tom and Eric were great.

I decided to lease a new 2017 Ford Escape. I took a couple weeks to come to this decision all the while Tom patiently gathered information and answered questions. I test drove three vehicles, did comparison costs, changed my mind about a trade in, and no matter what I asked Tom was unphased. I really appreciated his accommodating manner. Then Eric took over and answered more questions, sat with me in the vehicle and ran a little private tutoring session to be sure I knew how the design of the dash would work. Which by the way I find very intuitive. He took care of paperwork and continued to answer questions. I have already noticed that reaching retirement age some people treat me differently, less respectfully, a sort of talking down to the "old folk." I certainly did not feel any age discrimination.

I love my car and I didn't even pick it out!

I used to live in the UP and was in need of a car. With a comfortable feeling and willingness to make the trip from Illinois, I gave Chuck Renze Ford a call. I spoke to Eric Zollinger. I felt a lot more comfortable buying from a place I knew rather than some stranger in the city. Eric greeted me and I told him a bit about myself, my price range and when I could pick it up. My schedule was a bit tricky to work around. Eric found the perfect vehicle for me in plenty of time and it wasn't even a Ford! Normally when you hear Ford dealership you think they only have Fords, not even Close! They had an awesome range of new Fords and used cars from all over. Seemed like if they didn't have it they would find it for you. Great service, great people, and great cars. I definitely love my new car and I have Chuck Renze Ford to thank for that. Thanks Eric and Thanks Chuck Renze Ford! Keep on being great!

Purchase of our new Escape

We recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Chick Renee of Newberry. We were treated very well. Our salesman Eric Zollinger was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle which were requesting to purchase. We were able to get just what we wanted and the process went without a hitch. Everyone at the dealership in Newberry were so friendly and treated us like we were old friends. I felt very comfortable there and I would recommend anyone to go there to purchase their vehicle if they are in the market for a vehicle. I love my new Escape and I am very glad that we made the decision to buy it.
