2 gentlemen were polite and professional, but sold my son a LEMON. I’ve had several mechanics come look at the truck he purchased and they’ve stated..... This dealership “if that’s what you want to call it” rigged this truck up to barely make it run long enough to sell it. So I totally believe the other bad reviews about them dressing vehicles up and over pricing for a LEMON!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU’LL REGRET!!!!

This was my SECOND vehicle purchased from this dealership and I love it! I purchased a used 2010 Lexus ES350 with every option available and clean in and out for an unheard of price!! No dealership will treat you like Il and Yan! They know their cars and they want to get you into something reliable but without ripping you off. If they have something that catches your eye, you need to stop by! They will work with you on price, maintenance and anything else you need! I will never trust another dealership!

Mike was awesome to work with, but his boss, IL is a real jerk. Don't do it. Real shifty practices on fast fixes just to get the vehicle sold. Truly fleecing of America.

After establishing a “trusting” relationship with IL and the staff at Red City Auto, we bought a Tahoe from them. We were assured that this was a SAFE and reliable vehicle for myself and my children. It was stated that there was nothing wrong with this vehicle and that it had been thoroughly inspected. A few months later, the brakes, including the emergency brake went out. Such a scary and life threatening situation! Estimating at a $750 fix. I changed my good review to a bad review and the response back was “Give us a call, we would be happy to help.” Which it’s apparent that response has now been deleted. We got in contact and are now told that they won’t do anything to make things right. This is something they knew about. They also claimed that they gave us a significant discount when no discount was given. It was listed and bought for over $7,000. They just wanted to make themselves look better after my edited review. Would absolutely NOT recommend, as they’ve proven to us that they cannot be trusted and they are not an honest dealership. We were also told by our mechanic who has the vehicle, that this would have been something they would have seen if they actually did thoroughly inspect the vehicle.

Il and his staff treated me like family. We found a very affordable vehicle that worked wonderfully for me. I was treated so well here that I will bring my mother here to get a car. I've never left a dealership this pleased with money still in my pocket. One of a kind.

Mike and Il are very easy to work with when looking for a used car. We purchased a 2006 Altima and it was easy and fast. The cars on the lot are better than most used car lots I have been on to look over. They seem to be in better shape and better taken care of for the most part. I really liked buying a car from this Dealer and will be back if I need another used car.

It's nice to know there are still good people in the world. They went up and beyond the call of duty the day AFTER I purchased the car. You cannot go wrong working with Red City Brothers Auto. They truly have your best interest in mind. The next car I buy will definitely be from Red City Brothers Auto.

I purchased a 2004 S430 series Benz....I just love my car. Red City was excellent with helping me and honest about the up keep of the Benz. My Benz was perfectly price and I will purchase a second car from them real soon. Cjacobs
