Very positive experience.

Very positive experience. Relative to this survey, though, I resent the fact that I am giving my time and opinions and you are telling me the minimum number of words I have to write in order for those opinions to be registered.

I am always treated like a long time customer and a

I am always treated like a long time customer and a friend of the FAMILY that one belongs to when you own a Mini for the many years that we have been with them. She greets me warmly and in this case, I was not scheduled for an oil change and was not aware. Thank you Courtney!

Great people, great facility.

Great people, great facility. Drove from Fernandina Beach to get the mini I was looking for. Sales staff were very punctual with answers to my questions.

I can’t say enough about Sara and Ferman Mini.

I can’t say enough about Sara and Ferman Mini. She worked with me via text and phone calls for weeks. Buying a car from her was pure joy, even fun! She made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The sales and finance managers were great as well. We are so glad we chose Ferman mini.

Manny Alvarado was exceptional!

Manny Alvarado was exceptional! Very respectful, knowledgeable. I appreciate that Ferman Mini gives their sales people the capability of making a deal without playing the "bring over the Sales Manager " game. I was not looking forward to the process of buying a new car, but Manny and Ferman made it enjoyable.
