Dealership was about as stress free as you can be. Great selection of vehicles and super knowledgeable team. Dallas was fantastic to work with. Had an issue with the car the next day and they too care of it right away. Highly recommend Ferman Mini.

We are VERY happy with the Mini, the service and the

We are VERY happy with the Mini, the service and the experience. We had a follow up appointment to get the windows tinted and you were so kind and paid for my wife to go to lunch ch and back while she waited. About and beyond. Thank you. 5 stars, very likely to recommend.

No nonsense.

No nonsense. They keep the appointment time, courteous throughout, informative. And no lost time, which is important to me bc I am an hour away.

Very helpful, under stood the car and helped set it up We

Very helpful, under stood the car and helped set it up We went to another mini for 8 years and when we needed to take the car in for service they were not very helpful. The code didn't come on so they sent me home 50 miles and the car started acting up again. So we decided to trade it in and the sales person made me feel bullied into buying a car with a color I didn't want. I asked to see if I put more money down if I could get the color I wanted . Their response was they weren't going to do it all again, so we told them we would wait until we had more money down. So I started looking around at other mini dealers and found FERMAN with cars for less of a mark up and they were immediately helpful and did everything to get us in the car we wanted . Manny and Manolo were the way all salesman should be. I would highly recommend both of them and ferman to anyone.
