We brought the car in a for an overall evaluation.

We brought the car in a for an overall evaluation. Several issues were detected and fixed. After picking and driving the car about 10 miles, the car was not operating correctly in that it put itself in low power mode. We called Matthew at the dealership. He got us back in on the same day and resolved the new problem. I rating our visit high due to Matthew stepping up when something went wrong. Appreciate it.

Everyone was wonderful.

Everyone was wonderful. Only problem was it wasn’t made clear they hadn’t valued my trade in at the time I agreed to the deal. I was surprised when I picked up the vehicle the trade value was much less changing the deal. It was going to cost me $40 more per month. That aside my experience was very good and I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

My salesperson was phenomenal. I did have one issue I was not happy with but overall it was a very good experience. They did not make it clear that the trade in offer was an estimate and not based on my actual vehicle. It changed the deal. But everything else was terrific! I would recommend them.
