modern technology.

modern technology. quick and easy paperwork. come in the morning to complete paperwork and have a car to drive home right away.. quick and easy. clear paperwork.. have Vietnamese staff guide you on how to start the car.. then keep customer information confidential.. say it like it is.. one word is one word. understand customer's situation.. that's great..

After researching BMW SUVs for a while, I came into

After researching BMW SUVs for a while, I came into Momentum after another dealership didn’t even acknowledge my presence when walking through their lot for a while looking at vehicles. As my husband and I walked through the lot, Warren approached us to ask if anyone had spoken to us yet and he demonstrated true customer service throughout this deal from that moment on, resulting in a great experience overall. He made sure I received what I wanted in the vehicle, was not pushy or overbearing at all, but always ensured any questions or concerns I had were addressed.
