Our service experience was very good with Oscar leading the way. He is always so thoughtful and caring. We were provided with an amazing loaner car because a part had to be ordered. Everyone at Dallas Mini are just so nice! Highly recommend!

I called after seeing an online picture of a 2019 Cooper
I called after seeing an online picture of a 2019 Cooper S 2 door. I spoke with salesman Jaylin Lovelace and asked him to send me detailed pictures of the car since I lived in Florida and couldn’t just drive over there to see it. He did an outstanding job with the pictures and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and helpful. I ended up flying to Dallas and buying the car. The whole experience was great.

I’m ready to MATCH or BEAT any VALID written offers you’ve received, and I’ll pay you on the spot with either a check or Zelle—within the hour! No hassle, no waiting." Incredibly impressed by the professionalism and genuine interest my service advisor, Oscar, took in the well being of my wife's 2020 MINI. Coming from California, I had a great relationship with my service advisor so I was a little apprehensive coming to a new dealership but he was great to work with! Looking forward to working with MINI or Dallas for a while to come!
