Mini Of Anchorage

We brought our Mini Cooper in for a detailing (inside and outside) and were very pleased with the work. It was the first time we had detailing done here, and were going to look into bringing our other car to them we were so pleased.

Excellent customer service, facilities have been upgraded which makes having service on vehicle enjoyable.

Landon is a great addition to the BMW Service team; he was just to right amount of friendly and professional-kept a smile on his face and made everyone feel like they were talking with a friend.

The service advisor was quick to make an appointment and get me in to make repair a part that had failed. The service advisor ensued that the repair was done and took care of me as a retired service member.

I came into this dealership to get a few chips filled on my windshield, and the people were very helpfulthey work quickly and efficiently and I was very satisfied with the results.
