My fiance and I just bought our new car from Ted at True Blue Auto and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. From the beginning, Ted and his wife went above and beyond in customer service by working around my crazy schedule and getting back to me almost immediately for all the questions I had since this was my first car purchase. Ted made the process truly seamless so that I could instead focus on the enjoyment and excitement of buying a new car. I shopped around at a lot of dealerships before making my decision and not one dealership (large or small) could compare with the service I received at True Blue Auto. When searching for a vehicle on my own, I ran into dead ends. I visited Ted at True Blue and gave him the description of the type of vehicle I was looking for, down to the trim options available. They took the time to track one down and called me. When the 4Runner had made it to their lot, it was everything I was looking for and then some. I was ecstatic! Ted and Alex are in the infancy of their dealership, however you wouldn't believe that unless you knew better! They are friendly, knowledgable, and very in tune to their customers wants. Ted Henkle and the staff at Trueblueauto were great to work with. An honest bunch that are not consistent with the stereotype used car sales place. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest deal on a good quality vehicle.

I was looking for a low mileage Pontiac Solstice via web search and found True Blue's listing for a 2006 Solstice with 11,000 miles. The description claimed that it was true mileage and listed all details on the car. It was important to me that I trust the dealer as I was located about 150 miles away and did not want to drive out there to find a less than described car. I was not disappointed. The care was in great condition. The transaction with Ted was painless and the car has been perfect.

Prior to dealing with True Blue Autos I had tried to make purchases with some of the larger national sales companies. True Blue Autos was the only business that exceeded my expectations throughout the entire sales process. I live on the east side of Cincinnati, OH and I traveled nearly an hour and a half to purchase a clean, low mileage, 4x4 pickup. The deal was very clean and simple - Ted offered an exact description of the truck, had the tank filled, had 30 day tags made, provided the front license plate mount required for OH, verified and demonstrated operation of all of the options such as the towing package, talked with my credit union for the financial dealings and he gave me a ride to coordinate the transfer. Couldn't have asked for more.
