Bought a car from them - within a week it started smoking

Bought a car from them - within a week it started smoking - took to a mechanic- they ended up picking the car up swearing to me - they would pay for the repairs and i would have my car back ! I got my car MARCH 20th ,2024 . Its now a day Before June 2024 & i still HAVE NO CAR . They refuse to call me back . Its always an excuse. I have went up there and have our whole conversation recorded . They are still refusing ! They wont even give me another car !!!

Safari motor Inc is the best place to buy a car fr

Jonathan was very helpful and patient with me and I appreciate that. The service was great and I ended with purchasing a car. I've had the car for a few days and no complaints.

Got the right truck at the right price, thank you

Dab customer service

This the the time that no one answer my questions phone calls made in total 5 I ask to speak to thomas because he is the person that always can get any solutions to the way this company made things the wrong way that wait that time pass so they get excuses to repo your vehicle with no previous notice they charge any extra fee with no prove at all and they always treat you and treats you so bad. Don't buy a car here you will regret the decision later.

What A Mess

I’m the one to blame for being behind on a car note when I called three days early to pay the car note. They wouldn’t take my payment. They say one thing and then say another like I’m making it up. Was told instead of doing that I needed to find new insurance but I had to do it that day or get my car taken away. I had insurance through the people they work with but it went up and they expected me to pay that or go somewhere else. I don’t have a job where I can be on the phone . There was no grace period no empathy no understanding . The insurance companies closed by the time I got off so I was doing the best I could trying to simply get quotes and sign up . In the end I was blamed for missing a car note that I tried to pay . And no insurance I was trying to get and left with no transportation. I wanted to speak with cooperate but they don’t talk to customers. So everyone who was to blame from cooperate office to the insurance company was nowhere to be talked to. No information about who the insurance company was no information about where the car was taken to no information about getting the car back after finding insurance. I signed paperwork to get insurance through someone they had I called in payments through them and in the end they say it has nothing to do with them and it’s my fault and nobody else I can talk to about it ! This is the worst situation I’ve ever dealt with .

Bad dealer lies

Straight to the point no hassle!!

i saw a Mercedes online i called it was available they calculated how much my taxes were gave me the amount walked in with a cashier check and was out in les than 20 min!!!!!

love my car

Mo is the absolute best, I mean he made sure everything went smooth from beginning to end. he was very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with a great deal. I love my SUV and I am very happy with my purchase. This place has the BEST customer service everyone is so knowledgeable , friendly an willing to help.
