This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!
Shopping for a GMC Yukon

Poor Customer Service!
Emailed for availability on a vehicle listed on Cars.com and got no response. I called dealership, was told vehicle was sold and was hung up on. VERY RUDE and VERY UNORGANIZED dealership!

Bait and switch
Went to the Maplewood dealer to look at a car that was described in an email they sent me. Arrived there about a half hour after they were supposed to be open and the door was locked. Looked around and could not see anyone . Just as I was about to leave and the door opened and I was invited in, only to find a bunch of employees sitting around together having a good time. I told him which car I wanted to look at and he could find no such car in the system. He pointed out a number of similar cars I could look at instead, but I wasn't interested in them. Incidentally, I received another email today listing the same car they said doesn't exist! The car in the email had exactly the features I was looking for, so I can only assume I was sent the email just to lure me to the showroom.

Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.
