Bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee from Arottas outa Canada fully disclosed in Carfax come to find out we were misled on factory warranty still being in place. Don't buy anything out of Canada there is no warranty on all Jeep, Dodge Chrysler products even if brand new .Ford and Chevy are the only ones to honor their warranty. Sounds like huge scam to me gotta love import export laws. Took over a month to try for them to make it right. Thanks for having my back at MY expence. We are now in a Subaru made in America with a factory warranty still in place. Ill Never deal with these guys again.

The salesmen I had worked very hard to find me a car that would keep my payments as low as possible. I dropped by to look at a VW but they "thought" it had been sold. One of the salesmen drove up in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. The exterior had not been washed nor the inside of the windshield. I bought the car and after having it washed, I realized there were scratches and dents all over the car. In my opinion, the car was purposely left dirty to camouflage the exterior damage. Scratches too deep to be buffed out. Dents could not be repaired by the dent remover.

As far as service they are excellent, but how many clumps of steel will you buy from someone that buys from canada to turnover in USA and says its usual practice? Here's a hint, A canadian vehicle in the US is looked as less than a rebuild titled vehicle... 6 months later and I get as trade in value of $14,500... I still owe $24,900... never go to this place again. More than full price with a lesser product...Goodbye, never again

I was out browsing around for another vehicle to replace my current one. I found our salesman to be very informative, helpful and professional. I can't afford it just yet, but will be back soon. I had a great experience with all of the staff.

We picked our vehicle took a test drive did all the paperwork wrote the check then the car wouldn't drive off the lot. At that point no one would help us. So we left the car there (seriously it would not start)and then they tried to cash our check twice. I wouldn't recommend this dealer.

Sales agent Jeff was honest and very responsive to what I was looking for. He provided a fair assessment and negotiation for the final price that I paid for my used car.
