Looked at a vehicle and it was extremely dirty on the inside. The previous owner spilled milk in it in the folding seat well. We took it for a test drive and when we opened the seat well, it stunk so bad we could hardly drive it back to the dealer. Had to roll down the windows in 20 degree weather. Don't ever plan on buying a vehicle here ever. Salesman was very nice though. Hope he finds a better job than this dealship.

Beware!!!!

Purchased a 2013 Ford Edge on Oct 23. On Dec 17 I started to get a grinding sound from the driver side rear brake. I brought it into Belle tire and they informed me the rear pads were down to metal and the front had 1 mm of pad left. I ended up needing 4 new rotors and a front passengers side caliper that was leaking. Then it got even worse. Upon further inspection I was informed my tires were super chopped. Further inspection revealed that the tie rod was worn and needed to be replaced and I also needed 2 shocks and 2 struts. Because of the condition of the tires and being an awd vehicle I had to have all 4 tires replaced. When all was said and done my total repair was 3,500 dollars. My fault for not taking it to a mechanic first, But did they even bother to inspect vehicle before they put it up for sale. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place and I will not be going there again.

Awesome Experience

Shane Watts was exceptional! His customer service was awesome. He was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable and helped us find the car we were looking for! I highly recommend Shane for anyone looking for help with a vehicle!

Not impressed.

Experience was horrible. My mood was already set when I walked in, there was a male by the name of shaun or however you spell it. As soon as I walked in he rolled his eyes at us & continued to talk about my fiancé and I right in front of us to another employee. About how it was impossible to get us a vehicle & I was dead set on a payment I wanted, which wasn’t even the case. I test drove the car I was interested and came back and was already upset about being there, NIKKI on the other hand was so sweet and helpful, & wanted to help…. But at that point I was dead set of not buying anymore after being treated and talked about so harshly. Anyways when I got back from test driving Nikki asked how it went infront of this employee & he stared and just laughed. So I was done at this point. I won’t ever go back personally, but that’s just my choice! I’ll take my business elsewhere! Shout out to Nikki though for being so nice! But it seems to me another employee needs to get his act together! Especially to people who are actually trying to get into buying something else! Thanks!

STAY FAR AWAY! THIS IS HONESTLY THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER, THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON CAR. I BOUGHT A CAR AND IT DIED 13… YES THIRTEEN HOURS LATER. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR AND REFUSED TO PAY TO FIX IT EVEN THOUGH IT CAME WITH A WARRANTY, SO IVE BEEN PAYING ON A CAR FOR 4 MONTHS THAT I DONT EVEN HAVE!!! I ENDED UP HAVING TO GET A LAWYER AND SUE THEM. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS HORRIBLE, IF I COULD RATE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Worth the Drive!

From the inquiry about the van I saw on line to the service from Nathan I felt really good about my used van purchase here! My purchase was at a fair price with honest information about the vehicle. This business has a huge inventory of vehicles with on site mechanics to give you information about your possible purchase. This gave me some peace of mind. I’ll be back when looking for a vehicle in the future. Thanks guys!
