We came to Audi Hunt Valley after purchasing a used vehicle from another local dealership who would not make things right with a repair issue that existed when we purchased the car. The general manager at Audi Hunt Valley sat with me to discuss what happened at the previous dealership, and he took the time to create a solution for me through his business, and made me feel like a priority! I will only use Audi Hunt Valley for this vehicular, and would recommend this business to anyone searching for a car. If they treat someone who didn’t even purchase there this well, I can only imagine what it feels like to deal with their employees for the entire lifetime of owning an Audi. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership!

Great service, and Jordan kept me updated on the progress. Supply issues made the repair take longer than I would have liked, but I don't think there was anything the folks at Hunt Valley could have done to help. Care is working great, and will definitely return if I need to.

Dealership is horrible
When I leased my Audi, I was there for seven hours. The salesperson was great. I had the car several weeks & received a letter supposedly from the dealership & it said Experian rating was perfect but I couldn’t lease. I tried to call the finance person to report the apparent spam I received by mail. I was so afraid my information was shared. I called for days & finally got a salesman to answer & I told him about letter. He asked me to send photo to him & I did. Never heard from anyone about this. Had a recall appointment for my Q3 & showed up & was told that car had to be kept inside for 6 hours. I live 45 minutes away from dealership. I was told that they had no car to give me that day. Why didn’t I get a call from dealership to change the appointment? I had to make new appointment where they supposedly will give me a car to use. I will not be dealing with this dealership EVER again!!

I couldn't have been more pleased that my service team lead was Jordan - he took great care of me. After a thorough inspection of my A3, and my engine light on, he discovered a critter nest in my fuel pump, causing a slight leak. This level of detail, and expert repair is what I expect and Audi delivered. Kudos to his hard working team! When the repair lasted longer than expected, he had me in a loaner that accommodated recent knee surgery. That is going beyond the call of duty! Ask for Jordan next time you need to schedule. PS Overlook the renovations, and I missed the car wash, but understand it is back in full-swing in 2023!

Always great service. A little disappointed that there were no loaners available. First time I've had to drop off my car and not have a loaner. However, the quality of service remains consistent.

Audi service Was excellent. Loaner car was great. Dealership is under renovation so I will not review facilities. Staff was great.

Honest, Professional Service
We took our car in for an oil change and tire rotation before the winter weather sets in. When doing the multi-point inspection the service writer alerted us that the rear brakes were getting thin. Because we have established a long term relationship with this dealer we don't worry about them taking advantage of us. The car was repaired and is ready for the winter driving weather. PS. The dealership is undergoing a renovation so there are some issues with the facilities that will soon be rectified.
