Audi Hunt Valley

Unfortunately my 10 yr old A4 was totaled (not my fault) in an accident, so I had to quickly purchase a new car. I chose Audi Hunt Valley due to the quality customer service with their service dept., I experienced for the past 10 yrs. I also purchased my A4 from Hunt Valley 10 yrs ago. They didn't disappoint!!! Great experience.

Your service person Lindsey is great at her job she stays in touch with the progress of my car and responds quickly when I have any questions i give her the car and no worries on my end 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service tech was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Lindsy took the time to explain the work clearly , and answered my questions thoroughly, which made the service experience smooth and pleasant.

Lindsey in customer service is amazing. She’s so friendly, cheerful and helpful. I just love seeing her. I usually sit and work and wait for my car and llisten to their great music.selection in the dealership. Nice people. Shout out to Jordan in customer service too!

Sales person was inattentive and lacking in product knowledge,I was following up with him, not the other way around. I was quoted that the vehicle had over a 500 mile range. And misquoted mpg. Handover was not up to standard. Keys were handed to me and I was told someone would call me to go over the car features. This would seem to be the Salespersons job to be sure I had a basic understanding of features and how to operate the vehicle before handing me the keys.. This is my first Hybrid and had to consult the owners manual to figure it out. 3 days post purchase and the rep has not called to review features. Car was delivered without charging cord . One was shipped to me after I brought it to their attention. This the most unprofessional car buying experience. I strongly suggest customer service training and product trading.

Chris in the service department is amazing! He is very responsive and accommodating. He made an undesirable situation so much easier!

This is my second time purchasing an Audi from Audi in Hunt Valley. I worked with Kevin DeFord. He was very personable and made sure that I got the car that I wanted without any pressure. I felt that my trade in value was fair. I also felt that the time it took was very reasonable. I highly recommend anyone to go to this dealership if they want to get a fantastic car and great customer service. I am very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to driving my car. Kevin makes sure that if there is anything wrong with the car that it is repaired immediately. This is why I like coming to this dealership overall.

This is my second car I’ve bought at this dealership. I’ve have had the best experience both times. I’m very pleased and happy with the customer service I received from Kevin. He is very personable and cares about his clients. He goes the extra mile and makes sure that you get what you want without the extra pressure. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend getting your car from this dealership if you love Audi’s. If there is something that needs replacing or repairs he makes sure it gets done!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! The camera system on my new Audi (still under warranty) went out and when I went to get fixed, they said it was my fault. They brought me out to my car and pointed to where they said was a scratch was and that that caused the issue and that they weren't going to honor my warranty and that I had to pay close to $1200 to get alignment done!!! First off, there wasn't even a mark where they pointed and second off, even if there was, is Audi saying they make a product that if a shopping cart were to hit it, it would stop functioning...... and we the customer should pay to fix their cheaply engineered xxx?!!!! I never let crooks win and these people are crooks. So look for me every day out front of this Audi dealership because I will be out there with a bull horn and signs letting potential customers know how bad this dealership is. If a customer purchased a warranty, THEY SHOULD HONOR IT!!!!! Not make things up so they can pass costs along to customer! See you soon Hunt Valley Audi!!
