Great experience from start to finish they did exactly what they said they were gonna do I don’t think a lot of these people realize there buying used cars but as long as you are nice and treat them like humans they go above and beyond for you thank you Devon and everyone from service you were awesome!!

Wow! Worse experience by far. Never again, Will NOt Recommend to my worse enemy! The way the treat ppl after they take their money, will definitely have someone trying to hurt one of those guys at Best Buy Auto! Never again. Don’t Do It For real! Go somewhere else!

Lied about service that was done to my car.
Lied about service that was done to my car. They had a second go at it and yet again work performed on the car and what was actually done were two different things. No response at all when I sent them pics. I just gave up on them. I hope this place goes out of business.

My first issue was why I was never offered gap insurance
My first issue was why I was never offered gap insurance for my vehicle that I purchased? The manager told me I have gap insurance through capital one which is impossible because they only handle the financial institution. When I explained that this car was also involved in an accident an heavy set man got. Aggressive and wandered his eyes as if I’m telling him something that don’t matter! You can tell they get over on young adults FREQUENTLY THEY ARE THE WORSE AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM FOR NOTHING IN THIS WORLD! Kori the sales manager literally said “ pay her no mind” as if I’m a trouble customer? They have zero communication skills, customer service and lack sympathy for getting over on people who work hard for their money! They know they’re selling lemon vehicles and when you bring it to their attention now they can’t communicate with you, hanging up the phone on you! And asking you to leave the store all because you informed them that they never made you aware a car you purchased was in an accident! I can promise yall the car engine light will come on after about 2 months of having the car, the car will need to be repaired every month! Read their reviews yall! Don’t purchase any vehicles from them! I am looking to legal matters against them as well!

went in for a test drive.
went in for a test drive..salesman said they maintain all there vehicles..during test drive the car started shaking and found out the cv shaft was broken…also the salesman ran my credit through many banks which lowered my credit score..he should of asked how many places do you want to check..the vehicle i wanted was overpriced for being over 10 yrs old and over 150k miles..a friend of mine asked how my car search was going and told her about my best buy auto sales experience..she said dont buy from their..she bought a car and within 3 months her engine blew/died and bb wouldnt help..i took that as a precaution because i know vehicles that old and that high mileage has more risk than buying from a reputable dealership..so i decided to stay away from hearing from another friend saying they had a bad buying experience from bb..best advice i can giv eyou is bring a mecahic with you when checking out a vehicle..they know what to look for and what to ask the seller..

Amazing customer service from start to finish I dealt with Kori and I must say he was just so kind and helpful and you can tell he truly cares about his customers! I truly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again! Everyone there is just so welcoming and nice and it just felt like a family atmosphere! So thanks again for everything and I will be recommending this place to all of my family and friends and especially to see Kori and his team 😁

Vehicle Purchase Review: A Complete Disaster I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience purchasing a vehicle from Best Buy Auto Sales the entire process was riddled with issues that highlighted their lack of integrity, ethics, values, and client relations. Lack of Integrity From the very beginning, it was clear that honesty was not a priority for Best Buy Auto Sales. The sales representative assured me that the vehicle I was interested in was in excellent condition, only for me to discover multiple mechanical issues just days after driving it off the lot. When I confronted them about the problems, they denied any prior knowledge, despite the evident signs that these issues had been present long before my purchase. Lack of Ethics The unethical practices at this dealership are appalling. During the negotiation process, they employed high-pressure sales tactics and outright deception. They promised me a certain price and financing rate, only to change the terms at the last minute, hoping I would be too committed to back out. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only unethical but also incredibly frustrating and unfair to customers who are making significant financial commitments. Lack of Values It's clear that Best Buy Auto Sales does not prioritize values or customer well-being. Their primary focus seems to be making a sale at any cost, with no regard for the customer’s needs or satisfaction. I felt more like a target for their sales quota rather than a valued client. This lack of genuine concern for their customer’s best interests is a major red flag and indicative of their overall business values. Poor Client Relations The customer service at Best Buy Auto Sales is abysmal. Once the sale was completed, all semblance of helpfulness and friendliness vanished. I encountered rude and dismissive behavior when I reached out for assistance with the vehicle’s issues. It took multiple calls and emails just to get a basic response, and even then, they were unhelpful and uninterested in resolving my problems. In conclusion, my experience with Best Buy Auto Sales was a complete disaster.
