Took car in for repair on windshield washer pump(was not

Took car in for repair on windshield washer pump(was not getting power) got it back still did not work and the dealership refused to give credit for labor that was already paid for and problem not fixed.

Horrible experience

I scheduled service for my windshield wipers not working. My windshield was destroyed by the service department and had to be replaced. While waiting in the waiting room for the rental/loaner to be ready 6 other customers were there for poor service/damage related problems. When I finally got my vehicle back, a month later, my wipers still did not work, they were not hooked back up after the windshield was replaced. Due to this being a Friday evening and the rain, I could not work my shifts, losing $700 in income. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced and will most likely prevent me from ever buying a Chevrolet again due to it being the only local service department that Chevrolet has in my area.

Service department

I just had my truck into Performance Motors for the fourth time for a check engine light on a certified 2020 trail boss quad cab 5.3 L truck and they keep telling me that it was due to the fact of my HVAC system being shorted out and the code it keeps starting is P0300. Which I looked it up and that?s considered a misfire or something like that not my climate control HVAC system and I?m very displeased with the fact that they do not have a mechanic that?s able to work on it. And after I got my HVAC system changed out, the dash display is different because they put the wrong program in for it. It no longer reads the temperature inside the cab which it had indoor climate which it had. Now I have neither one and they told me it was an update to my truck, which I think is a load of bull. If I had to do over again, I probably will not buy a Chevy do the fact that I?ve had so much problems with this certified 2020 truck that I bought from them. I just can?t keep running my truck back-and-forth back-and-forth to them to tell them tell me that they fixed it and then it?s not fixed so I?m very displeased with the service I have received and the next time my check engine light comes on with the same code. I?m taking it back to them and they can keep the truck until it?s fixed or they can give me a new one because I am very dissatisfied.

Buying my 2023 Traverse

I was beyond pleased!! I came 2.5 hours away and everyone was great!! Our salesperson Hollie was wonderful and personality was fantastic!! Trina in finance was so upbeat and knowledgeable!! I left with the vehicle I wanted because they helped answer any questions I had!! Thank you so much!!!!

Service is key, to making money on fools like me..

Friendly people, but aren't afraid to put the works to you and your wallet. Tell you one thing, and then you end up doing another.. and another.. and more hidden fees. Jerk your arm and a leg with two toes off in the Service Department.

Dirty dealership

Rip offs charging 4 times what the car was actually worth , older women mad a purchase and they took advantage and took her money for a car that wasn't worth half what she gave shame on you very dirty deal , wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.
