    I was interested in buying 2016 Lincoln mkz. It’s advertised as clean car no damage no accident. The dealers should tell the truths however it was... false advertisement. I traveled from California to tampa to get this car. The guy didn’t seem like he really cares selling a vehicle to me. Anyways i check the vehicle and I noticed that left rear fender has been fixed and painted. It was such a terrible body work and paint, i would have done better job! There was a damage on the trunk as well. Worst thing is that I checked the door jambs and noticed that it was rusty. I guess the vehicle has a flood damage and they are not telling of course! I recommend you to not to waste your time and money and find honest dealers!!!

Unfortunately used vehicles come in different conditions and wear and tear varies from a vehicle to another but un...der any circumstances we do not buy or sell any vehicle that has a flood damage disclosure. Being a volume dealer with 1000+units we always have other options if you didnt like a specific vehicle conditon. We do provide free carfax reports for your convenient but this is all we have to work with because we are not the previous owners of the vehicles. The only time we will have additional info is if there is structural repair disclosure on the car and we disclose this information even if it was not reported to carfax but if there was cosmetic scratches or dings on the vehicle that were poorly repaired we wouldn't have info on that but we have so many cars to choose from and if you didn't like the condition of a vehicle you can always move on to the next one and every thing we have we price for extremely low mark ups and well below market. Also we have the option to refer our customers to local shops for reconditioning for low prices if they would like a panel or two refinished on the car after all we price all vehicles accordingly. In addition factory warranty on rust and corrosion is five years unlimited miles if you can kindly send me in a private msg the vin number for the vehicle you were looking at so I can look into what you described. I am really sorry we were not able to earn your business and we wish you good luck

    Saw car on cars.com. Called up and they told me the car was in great shape. No mention on listing that car had major structural damage. Drove 1 hour to... dealer and after asking for car fax found out car had been in major accident. Make sure you ask before you arrive.

    Really sorry to hear this. We do provide free carfax on all vehicles and you can email us and request the carfax beforehand. We carry used vehicles an...d some used cars have prior repairs and we price vehicles accordingly. All cars we have clean title and when a vehicle has priore structural repair "such as quarter panel skin replacement" those cars are priced $1,000 to $3,000 below our regular price for the same car. And even if you didnt ask for a carfax its a store policy to disclose this information before you finalize your purchase

    The vehicles all look brand new on the outside and interior. The prices are great. My only suggestion is to have the car checked independently before... buying it. I have purchased 2 cars from here. The first on had a the side mirror signal go bad a week or so after purchase. No way they could have known that beforehand. The 2nd car, my wife got stranded because the battery was bad and the mechanic said it didn't look like the correct one for the vehicle. I also had to replace all the tires after a month and the front brakes are only "a couple months from needing replaced" too. All told, the tires, brakes and battery cost me about $1200, but I probably saved more than that because it was sold much cheaper than anywhere else, so it's a give and take here.

    I bought my car from EVO motors a year and a half ago. It was a great deal on a mustang convertible. The buying process was easy and I loved the deal.... Fast forward 1 year...the car has had tons of issues and has been in and out of the shop. The most recent incident is a broken turbo, blown head gasket and leaking coolant. This is my 4th mustang and i have never had these issues even driving them to over 130,000 + miles. But my 2016 mustang with 50K miles, for all intensive purposes is now dead. Lets hope this after market insurance they promised would fix anything, works. Update: The ominisure after market warranty pushed by EVO Motors is a real company scamming people and not covering issues promised within the contract. They have recently informed me they wouldn't cover the full engine rebuild required even though i was able to prove out all maintenance. Apparently this is a well known issue with Omnisure that can be viewed directly on the BBB website. Im very angry and disappointed that a year and a half after purchasing this mustang im over $14K upside down and an additional $2K was spent on after market warranty. BEWARE buyers.

    Hello Nancy, Seems like you were working with one of our staff members that was helping you. Seems like you had trouble with the extended coverage be...cause you were in unable to provide maintenance receipts that shows consistent oil changes. The extended coverage company is under a legal obligation to fix the vehicle if you can proof that you changed the oil on time. Unfortunately EVO does not make the vehicle Ford does EVO cannot predict when something will stop working or a part fail in a vehicle. We will be happy to assist you anyway we can. Thanks

    Went in this morning to purchase a 2017 Mazda 3. Got preapproval from capital one and price listed was $9k + on the capital one navigator website. Did... the test drive and began to proceed with the purchase. I was then informed in the finance office that the purchase price was actually 13k + not 9k + even though the printout had 9k+ listed. I was rold that we could purchase the vehicle still but they would not honor the printed price from capital one website. I declined and will contact capital one about this and i will not recommend evo to anyone.

    It is my understanding that the advertised price fir a car must include all charges excluding sales tax. Their price does bot include a $599 dealer fee,... nor the $350 they charge to transfer the title. I understand nearly all dealers charge a fee, but it should be included in the advertised price. When I purchased my last car in the same state those tag fees were about $120. The salesperson tried insist they were charges by the state. Only if you are requesting a new title, which I was not. I just suspicious when they are not upfront....what else may they be hiding? Decided to purchase elsewhere. Oh and they will on,y take a certified check. How can you bring a check when the price is higher ?
