xxxx poor service and nasty attitudes. My son purchased his car a month ago and it took for me to call numerous times for my son title to be mailed after going back and forth with the mother/daughter. This place needs to be closed down.

This place should absolutely be closed!!!! Out of business! Have you ever heard of a company refusing to allow you to speak to them… not only did she hang up on me she also blocked my number!!!!

LIES ##
Please expect the run around, because that is exactly what you are going to get. When people say they are going to do something that is what you expect them to do, especially when you give them cash money... They act like their doing you a favor. Pretty faces are deceiving. Take caution..... I will never go there again nor will recommend anyone, made me feel like crap.

First Negative Car Review Ever
I've bought and sold many used cars, and this is the first time I've had to leave a negative review. Dealers were pleasant enough during the buying process, but their attitude changed after they had their money. They delayed several days getting the vehicle ready, and when they told me it was ready they had washed it on the outside, but when I got it home I found the glove compartment and center console filled with soda cans and other trash. The dealer made a mistake on the title application which delayed getting the title and tags and plates for several months. Within a few days the coolant light came on and turned out the radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced; because the dealers had personally driven this car for a year I think they knew about that problem. Also the exhaust system below had been re-welded, even though the dealer told me he knew of no defects. There was no owner's manual so the salesman told me to buy one online and they would reimburse me for it; I did so but that salesman (who seemed pretty decent) had left Coliseum and the dealers refused to honor his promise. Also, the dealers misstated the arbitration law and refused to admit it when I corrected them. I would not do business with Coliseum again.

eXCELLENT SERVICE
I want to thank coliseum and mike for being so helpful when i was looking for my used car.... i had a hard time getting approved anywhere but they helped but me in a nice affordable car for way less than the other dealers.... thank you coliseum

Bought a vehicle from this lot, which was a BIG mistake. It was listed less on the web and when I got to the lot he did not want to honor his listing price at first but he finally did. The vehicle had been used as their personal vehicle for over a year and was not even on the lot when I got there. They had to go to their home to get it. His mess up on title work delayed the purchase. He brought the vehicle to me and only brought one key, but made a promise to bring the other key. Was extremely rude to when he did not and I had to make a follow up call for the key. He wanted to leave it in a unsecured mailbox on his property. When I went to purchase my tags there were almost $200 in back taxes on the vehicle that he did not pay and then lied and said he just took the vehicle in on the lot. He is shady. Will never buy, suggest or recommend anyone to him. Not even as a last resort!

I'm sorry you've had this experience. Could you share who this guy is your speaking about? Because we have no recollection of a situation like this. In the case of the back taxes, there is a form we give all customers that wave the taxes for the new owner. We've given out this from hundreds of times. The reason the vehicle may not have been on the lot when you got there might be, like you said, because it was being used as a PERSONAL vehicle, perhaps you should have called before you came by. If you had an issue of the price the owners number is listed in every ad online, we would have been happy to help with any price issues. I don't think you would have an issue with an "unsecured mailbox" for a drop off place for the key, since I don't know many people who are going to steal a random key for a car they don't have access to. I'm sure the key was also available for pick up during our business hours inside the SECURED property. If the guy(who has not been named) was so "shady" and delayed the sale of the vehicle, the option to back out of the sale was ALWAYS an option. As you do not write a check for the car until the title work (which is actually done at the state) is done. Again we aplogize for the inconvienve.
