Nissan Murano Service review

Took my Nissan Murano in for a rattling noise . A sway bar link was missing .They didn’t honor warrenty . They returned the car with more missing links. Robert at the service department is rude to customers .

My 73 year old father recently went to Nissan on Staten

My 73 year old father recently went to Nissan on Staten Island and had a terrible experience. Don’t waste your time at this dealership. The manger and staff are unprofessional, not truthful, and was told not to waste my time by the employee Fernando. I strongly recommend to stay away from this dealership because you will have a terrible experience.

I needed to do an oil change, inspection, fix an open

I needed to do an oil change, inspection, fix an open recall issue. I called them, and booked an appointment to drop the car off. Met Robert who told me that they will give me a call when they finish work on the car. Robert was so friendly, and nice. Eventually I received a call that the work was done and the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived Robert told me that they need to order parts to fix the open recall issue, once the parts arrive they will call me. Other work that I needed to do was done nicely. I highly recommend dealing with them, and shout out to Robert for being friendly, and proving great customer experience.
