Chelsea was wonderful to work with.

Chelsea was wonderful to work with. Purchase #3 from her. The entire staff always goes out of their way to be helpful. Super easy to buy!

Lemon

I bought my 2007 dodge charger a year and 2 months ago. Today a mechanic called me back and the news was very bad. To fix everything wrong with it will be $4200!! My car is only worth bout $7000. The rear end is broke, abs module, oil and coolant leak, traction control problem, misfire codes also plus the guy said it had been wrecked before in the front but must not have been reported because the car fax said my car was accident free. Far as I’m concerned I got a lemon and I will never do business with this lot again and I will make sure any of my family , friends, etc never do either!! Terrible experience in the end!!

Excellent experience at Crescent Automotive

I would highly recommend Crescent Automotive. The salesman was exceptionally knowledgeable about all the features that was important to me and made every step easy and fun. Also he recommended a loan company that had a really great interest rate. Excellent experience.

honest dearlership they dtand by there cars

purchachased a car on thurs had a issue on saturday they had it fixed monday.what more can you ask for.nice people hometown feel.will use in the furture.

Ensure they have the title of the car

This dealership lied to me about how soon I can get my plates. I requested expedite plates and they said yes. Buyer beware! Ensure that before you buy a car from this dealership that they have the title on site. After they promised me expedited flights they went back into this takes 45 days. Buyer beware

Loved the Experience!

Purchased at 2016 Chevy Impala The vehicle is Beautiful my family and I Are really enjoying it .Russ was a Big Help! They did an oil change Put a Brand new Battery in and the tank was full upon receiving the vehicle. Our overall experience was wonderful! If your looking for a quality vehicle and A friendly face shop with Crescent Automotive! And ask for Russ.

2017 GMC

Great service, and there is a local feel to the business. Buying a vehicle was way easier and had less hassle. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

2015 GMC Duramax

I when to go buy the GMC Denali and got there and everything looked good from a far. He got the keys and I open the door there was a watery smell that came from the truck. The seat raili were damage and the dry mud and water you can see in the back window and cracks of the truck. I was not happy at all driving 2 hours to see that truck
